This is the worst McDonald's that you could go to... (and mind you im a local). In this location they don't have the option to use the self order vending machine You have to deal with their rudeness. Maybe I came on a wrong time and on a wrong day. My experience with them was on peak hours when students are out of school. So you see parents with they're children's and I was one of them. First when I was called to place my order the server who was attending me was not even paying attention to what I was ordering.. so she asked me again to repeat my order so I did.. Normally I'm a very patient in situations like these. So she gave me my receipt to wait til my number be called out.. so I waited.. and waited.. and waited.. and waited.. I started to noticed how disorganized they were on handling when it became busy they were calling out other people's order who came way after me. I've was standing there for a really long time.. do I didn't came rude to them I ask to one of the servers are they going to call my number any time soon because I was noticing that they were calling out orders that was way after me.. and I was waiting for a real long time. It seemed that no one was attending my order and what I believe to be their supervisor began to attend it.. and was shouting out In Spanish let's take these people out!!! I want to leave!!! And slammed my order and said rudely ENJOY YOUR ORDER HAVE A NICE DAY!!! I wanted to chew her up.. but I didn't I went and sat down.. no apologies nothing from them. So a side that I waited so long can't really determine how long.. but long enough to noticed that my order was being ignored.. I get practically yelled whole my order was slammed at me.. I don't know how I haven't went crazy on her.. oh another thing they're bathroom is disgusting. It's just horrible there. They had an angel with them because I don't know how I didn't...
Read moreRhe manager there is so rude. They constantly are getting orders wrong. I ordered hot cakes and sausage and when I got my order it was only hotcakes. The manager said no u only ordered hotcakes. I said Ms. please dont tell me what I asked for. I ordered hotcakes and sausage it's not my fault the cashier got my order wrong. She was like well it $1.62 more. I'm like ms. it's not a problem I will pay what I asked for. I paid the $1.62. As I am waiting for my sausage which took 4mins for me to get th customer behind received her food and the order was wrong. She ordered sausage and eggs. They gave her sausage and cheese. Then the manager proceeded to argue with the customer and was like well its cost about $1 and changes more. The lady went back and forth with the manager about her food. The manager put the sandwich back instead of throwing it away because the lady touched it and opened it to make sure her order was correct. We had to tell her to throw it away.. the manager argued with the lady and was like your here everyday you should know what you ordered. The lady was like I don't even know you and I don't live in this area. After all the arguing the manager did with the customer and finally gave her the sandwich at no extra cost. The principal is delivery the manager needs to use discretion. She created a hostile situation for herself. I. Additionally, when another customer was waiting in line and observed how rude and unprofessional the manager was he said he isn't spending his money here and exited the store. I work in the area and I frequent this McDonald's and this wasn't my first time observing this particular manager being rude to customers or arguing. A situation may go left for her one day. That was my last visit. I will not spend my money at this McDonald's again. This is...
Read more11:30 PM drive through it was a short waiting time and the food was fine, service was quite good considering I only saw one employee working. That’s where the two stars come from. My issue is that I was charged to my card not once but twice, the second time coming about five hours later. When I called the store and spoke with the manager i was advised to simply wait and see whether or not the money would be refunded at some point in the future when and if the mistake was found. I find this to be grossly irresponsible and negligent and it’s outrageous that this would be the policy for handling mistakes involving customers finances. I want to speak to someone who has the ability to give me direct information relating to my issue, this is not your money and the Total lack of concern and apathetic attitude I received from a manager is beyond disconcerting and she was a total disregard or respect for the money that you have taken that was not yours and she acts like it’s not a big deal, I don’t care if it was a dollar or $100 either way how dare you assume that I should or could be similarly lazy about my finances, when it was your error to rectify. At the very least, a verbal apology would have been appropriate yet absent. Am I really going to be forced to waste the time researching a corporate contact who then hopefully will help in tracking down a resource who can then confirm the error occurred, and then also authorize actually processing the return of my $9..!?!?...
