I receive my food I ordered a fish fillet sandwich and it was very cold it was very stale and tasted like its been sitting for about 30 minutes and then just put some cold cheese on top I go back to the drive thru and I'm sitting at the window for about 3 minutes and everyones just looking at me not answering the window and finally someone came to the window and they don't even greet me and I told him that the sandwiches cold and I would like a new sandwich so they take it and the guy told me to pull a bit up from the driveway window so I pull away from the drive thru window then 5 minutes later instead of the guy coming outside to him eat the food he yells out the window for me to backup from an active drive thru I almost hit a car that was coming towards me while I was backing up and I almost to the McDonalds.and then request to speak to a manager because I have had the most atrocious experience with McDonalds.I told him that I was unhappy with the service and that they are ratchet he then begins to argue with me and not even listening to anything I've had to say then I told him that it's not relevant and asked for the GM's name number.the manager said sure not a problem and while the window is closing I heard an employee yell shut your fat ass up.when the manager came back to the window I was very upset I demanded a refund and told him that I heard what one of the employees said to me and that It,was not appreciated.Island told him that I would like all of the employees names that were there at that time so I can file a complaint. movie manager was beginning to prestige to write a list of the employees that were present another woman told him to shut the window on me.the employees we're all yelling and screaming at me I threatened to call the police I was so upset that...
Read moreThis place is the worst to order food. There’s a Spanish black person working in the nights I believe Dominican.. with a very bad attitude and arrogant on the drive through. I order online for my food to be ready when I come to pick it up. So I went there after 15 mns. Which means my order should have been ready ., they told me that I have to go order and give the code on the drive through speaker. So I told him but I already did online and it’s been paid already about 15 mms ago. The order should have been ready. So he said you are being rude because you skipped the line .. but isn’t that the whole point of ordering online so they prepare your order and get it when your done.. but he said get back to the line. So there were about five cars waiting to place an order on the drive through. So he said to go to the line and wait there so when is my turn he will take the code of the order I placed online and once he gets the code through the speaker he will start preparing the order., I was shocked 😳 because was the point of ordering online if you will have to go to the drive through and make a line in order to get the food. Read moreI always come to this McDonald’s as it’s in my neighborhood. This evening at 6:08 pm I came to the drive thru & ordered 2 small caramel frappes extra Caramel & a fish filet sandwich . When I arrived to the window, I received my sandwich & only one caramel frap which did not have extra caramel per my request. I would have overlooked the “extra caramel “ BUT I was missing the additional frappe from my order. I informed the team member who proceeded to tell me “this is what you ordered “ excuse me!? As a former McDonald’s manager who worked for FOUR years with the company order takers are supposed to confirm the customers order on the screen and you’re never to tell a customer that’s what they ordered when they identify an issue with their order. The manager on duty said I’m unable to add anything at the window which I didn’t want to do in the first place I simply wanted my order corrected. They could have asked me to pull to the side which I would have gladly done as I understand drive through service times but the lack of customer care I received today left a bad taste in my mouth. I’ve never treated a customer the way I was treated today. Per my request I got my refund & will definitely no longer patronize this location.
