McDonald's — Restaurant in New York

I used to come here before to have lunch with my parents, we would buy something here and also bring something from outside. I get it things from outside are frowned upon, But remember this, students frequently come to this McDonald's and don't even eat at all sometimes. Some patrons even come to sit and don't even eat. There was one where someone took the entire table over(all four chairs) and used it to do their office work. Another lady was just sitting around and didn't allow anyone to sit at her table.

We stopped coming when a customer was rude with us about moving over a little to share the table since other people were hogging the tables up and not even eating. One of the workers gave us flak because we had something from outside instead of reprimanding the people doing office work and daydreaming around.

This McDonald's can be very dirty, The bathrooms are very dirty often smelling like urine. The students are the worst part of it as they will treat it as their little hangout zone. The old look of McDonald's was better. This new look is a downgrade from the original from the 90s. At least that one was bigger, but sadly it also suffered from the same problem before it closed for remodeling.

Hire people who are more willing to take care of the place and keep things in order, and hire people who are not rude...

So yesterday my bestie and I with her children decided we will try Mc D today, our morning experience was ok but the nuggets were dried like they've been cooked beyond the expired time. ( time tags, so you'll know when it's time to discard and only cook as per order or have a projection as to how many sells at a particular time and then you cook. ( thats why they have manager n supervisors on duty per shift) evening cashier + counter staff, he didn't had a piece of quality customer service and didn't give us a WOW experience. He seems upset and his deporrment was rude. The fries were so salty and the sandwich bland anyhow The night staff was a lovely young lady that seems like she was working alone, because she was cashing, packing n expediting by herself ( 🌟 for her for being well trained in handle all stations, and the evening staff he needs to go back to the training room and ServSafe and get his act together for the season. I went there for a coffee, as soon as I walked in the two cashiers started laughing out loud. As if I had something on my face. They were so loud the people sitting were looking around to see what was going on. I wasn’t greeted with a hi, how are you doing? How can I assist you? But instead I got are you buying something? I was shocked. First of all why would I enter the store, walk up to the register and not have the intention of buying anything. I said I wanted a caramel LATTE no liquid sugar. She was confused. Asking me what did I mean. I SAID I WANTED IT COLD INSTEAD OF HOT. She went to the frappé machine. Made me a Caramel FRAPPÉ. Charged me for a medium caramel frappé. When I said that it wasn’t what I ordered and I wanted my money back. They refused. They wouldn’t give me a refund nor call...
