McDonald's — Restaurant in New York

EDIT: 3/10/24 I changed my review back to 5 stars since they fixed their mobile-ordering.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Although this McDonald's establishment is one of the busier locations I've been to, they consistently provide accurate and fast orders.

The employees are as friendly as they can be in such a fast-paced environment and they also speak both English and Spanish and often read the order numbers out in both languages so that customers can understand.

Furthermore, their food is always appealing and fresh which is really saying something for a fast food restaurant as big as McDonald's. I would definitely recommend this location for carry-out orders. If you're planning on eating your meal there, you may not want to go around lunch time because finding a seat...

It's sad this company does business in our community but lacks the give back to the local community. I am a retired veteran, served this country for 20 years as many others. On veterans day I saw a promotion for free breakfast on Veterans day for veterans, I entered the McDonald asked the cashier and manager if they honor a free breakfast for a veteran and they both said NO we don't do that hear try in long island... I was so disappointed with this answer.. So you good taking my money but you don't honor the freedom we have helped to maintain in this country, if it wasn't for the veterans the country might not even have McDonald. Wow. Going forward they will not get a single cent from me...

Great place to eat a lot of space for family to sit down there is a little playground for your child to play they have new tech so you can order right away no problem come here to eat breakfast whatever you want. The only downside is that sometimes they give you the wrong thing that you want if you pacifically order a sandwich a pacifically the way that you want they give you the wrong thing not doing the morning or afternoon what the night time crew I don't know there's something wrong with you language barrier or they don't understand that's the only downside of it you need to check your food that's how about it but you know what is McDonald's for the...
