McDonald's — Restaurant in New York

Listen all I can say is Steak egg and cheese on a bagel is back 😋 👌 thank you McDonald's for finally bringing back a long time classic. Although it's for a limited time it was a treat pulling up in the drive thru and seeing that my favorite sandwich was back. My only complaint is that this McDonald's in New Jersey didn't make the sandwich 100% correct they totally forgot to add the bagel sauce and gave me a dry steak sandwich which I still kind of enjoyed but sadly didn't get the full effect of this delicious meal. It's weird because I went to two locations in the Atlantic city area and they both forgot the bagel sauce but my local McDonald's back in Brooklyn came in to save the day. I pulled up and before I placed the order I said does it have the bagel sauce still and the host said of course it does it comes with that and I agreed and proceed to try and buy all that I could lol. McDonald's please don't make this sandwich disappear again its the best thing since sliced bread and I loving it make it stay forever. Long live the STEAK EGG AND...

I usually order from this McDonald's, whether it's in person or by Postmates. The last few times I've ordered Postmates, an item is missing, and I have to make a trip to pick it up. My issue is that someone should be checking orders before they leave the restaurant. I came back to get my missing burger and spoke to the manager, Giovanni. She was pleasant and apologized for the mistake. She even gave me an extra order of fries and a ticket for a free meal. The other managers excuse was this happens when we're moving too fast. As a manager running a business, why is that an excuse you're giving a customer. I paid a delivery fee and other fees to have my order delivered with all my food. Why do I have to make an unnecessary trip to your establishment when you should get it right the first time. That's not an excuse, especially when it's happened many times. Do better. I buy here all the time. One day there was no where to park and i parked in waiting reserved drive thru and the General Manager ( Edgar ) made a big deal infront of customers infront of other customers with no regards for the fact other customers was listening to him. When he was done blowing his Top I kindly said " Thanks sir, and have a nice day", as kids were in our presence. Other people observed and heard him and started telling him if that man is a regular customer, parking there just to support him shouldn't be a big deal, but Clearly your boss wasn't here to see you in action, that's why you act like you own McDonald's.

For this embarrassing and terrible experience from the GM, is why I give it a 1 star. I did my homework on this guy and found out he runs 4 other McDonald's locations, on Flatbush Avenue and Avenue T next to the post office. The sad thing is! the workers are...
