McDonald's — Restaurant in New York

This is a horrible location. The manager was very rude and unprofessional. So the Friday that just past I asked the lady if she was hiring. She said yes come in at Monday at 11am for an interview. So I get there 15 minutes early - 10:45am. So as I go to the front and tell the young ladies I’m here for an interview they basically laughed and said I’m going to be here forever- didn’t think I would literally be there for 4 hours. So long story short the women who I saw Friday clearly sees me and looks at me and went to the back and never came out. So I sat there and waiting until 2pm. The young women who was there when I first went was like oh she is in a meeting, blah blah blah. I’m not stupid I had a job before and I know what it means when they tell you that. So then she goes and says oh I can tell her you left - but leave me your name and number. At this point I don’t even care about the interview. I’m just upset because Now I feel like they are playing with me. I leave. So I call today 10-3-17 and I ask if I can speak to the manager , and I tell her I don’t appreciate how you had me come in and had me waiting 4 hours just to not be seen. She catches an attitude and starts yelling at me then hangs up. Mind you not once was I rude. I could of been , but I wasn’t. I just want to advise anyone who wants to apply here that this isn’t a place you want to work. She didn’t even have the guts to tell me she didn’t want to hire me. She just left me waiting there. I just quit a job who was mistreating me. I refuse to allow this type of treatment again. Oh wait this is the icing on the cake, as I about to leave a young teenage girl with blond hair spit out her burger and said it was raw. That’s disgusting. They don’t clean up. As I sat there for 4 hours I think I seen the place get cleaned ONE TIME! I know because I used to work in a fast food joint, your supposed to be on top of it and have it cleaned at all times. Nasty. Lazy. Rude. Not all. Mostly the Hispanic girls were really rude , Nasty and lazy. Yesterday and today showed me everything I need to know about the company I was - (thank the LORD I didn’t get HIRED) potentially going to work for. And if that’s how you treat someone who was coming for an interview , just imagine how that lady treats...

1- Most of the morning crew are lazy. They talk more than they work. They have on many occasions finished there conversation before taking orders or getting my food or other peoples food, in front of me or behind me in line. 2- They get 90% of my orders wrong every time I go, A man once told them to make sure they get it right because he got on the train a few times and didn't have the right food, I agreed along with others. With that many mistakes they should make an attonment, like a free meal or book of coupons. I have to check my food every time or I will be paying for bad service and food I don't want. 3- Their machines never work, their always broken, many of people have made an order and waited around over 5 minutes to be told they couldn't get the drink, frap, or smoothy they ordered. This constant act has made me and others late for work. 4- They don't have the right bread for the sandwich. I've received the wrong bread or double meat because the cashier didn't understand English, She asked what I was say 5 or more times. Maybe she shouldn't have been have a conversation while taking my order. of cores she got my order wrong. Other times I've received the wrong food less than what I paid for. How can I prove that the next day or days later? I don't like to give away money to a big business like McDonalds. 5- They are to lazy to go get anything from their basement, they just say they don't have it or they can't get it. How long does it take or how hard is it to get cookies or guacamoly. The slim black girl seems to be the only one working or willing to help anyone. She is always running around, she works the hardest and the others act like they don't want to be their. The last 2 years I've been going she is the only one that works, she has to always tell the others what they should do. I feel bad because she probably can't fire the lazy workers and...

Worst service possible from the manager on down to the employees. I went there with my son after his baseball game and waited mire than ten minuets for my food got a Chocolate chip frappe the wipe cream was almost melt into the drink for how long it has been sitting there. Then I got my food and two drinks had to go back for straws then also had fries had to go back for ketchup. The girl that was attend me made me feel like I was bothering her. Then we ate and I had to use the bathroom. For what was that ask the person behind the register if there is code or key. His reply was (Now this is the manager) did I order I replied I just ate. So he said go to my security he will let you in. Then as security escorting me to the bathroom he decided that he want receipts I asked does he want all three. The manager again yes. So then I put two on the counter could not find the third to use the bathroom. Now I go to the bathroom The manager comes out the door ask me if I have an attitude and proceeded to tell security to not let me use the bathroom. We got into a shouting match. If I can not use the bathroom I want my Danm money back. This is the worst experience I had at this McDonald's , but it is not the first why do I still go back I think I should stop going to McDonald's all together especially this one. The place was remodeled about a year ago and looks run down tables not cleaned I had to clean mine. The girls not dressed professional and All have attitudes. You see this McDonald's run to another one really. Better of going to White...
