McDonald's — Restaurant in New York

They really don't care about your food except a paycheck ran by youngsters wanting to go home! I beg you not to get the crispy chicken meal; you will regret it. Everything is oily and fried in old black grease/oil. That doesnt make it fresh. The chicken sandwich had strange meat that wasn't white, boiled looking. Almost strange like Chinese meat in rice. It was a grayish, color and had grisol. It was chewy like. Also barely comes with special sauce and it was disgusting. No mayonnaise whatsoever with pickles. Eeeewww! The nuggets also tasted refried and same consistency as the sandwich. Smelled strange too.

Oh & they can keep that nasty Saweetie sauce! Gives her a bad sour rep. The original sauce of Sweet & Sour was a bit better than that. It was a joke. Her meal is almost 10 dollars....how is that a deal? Also, Im sick of them taking regular items u see everyday and had, pairing them up and placing a celeb's name! They are not fooling me. Why don't they use things not available on a regular menu? Just very ridiculous if you ask me.

Fries were abundant & hot but cooked in very old grease. Ya killed it! Also, they gave no napkins or catsup. And when u ask for sauce they give only one. I said this is a joke right? There are better deals when u drive through than app. I spent more money using the app! What a hoax! Coffee especially a latte is horrible, slapped together....

Ok they keep saying Ramon is the manager yet he left for another location maybe a yr, if not more, ago and ever since he left the restaurant has been a disaster. They don’t wear hair nets and if they do, it doesn’t make sense cuz they hair is still out. They don’t clean their hands as they should or even use gloves anymore. They text and serve etc. it’s just disgusting. This is like my 5th time writing about it and I really think the health department needs to pay them a visit. Anyhow, last night I got a sandwich over there and look what I found. Got bless what my son might’ve ate cuz I had cut it in half so this is my half, thus the portion. I went back to them and showed the manger and all he said was if I wanted another one. No regret or remorse, then walked around showing everyone as if I just wanted to get another sandwich. When all I wanted was an apology and assurance that they’d take measures to make sure it never happens again. Ps. Yes I took the replacement sandwich cuz someone was outside asking for food. I saw it as a blessing for me to bless someone cuz otherwise I would’ve never left my house and he would’ve probably went away...

This is the fastest gun in the south bx....I prefer to come to this McDonald's because service is the fastest compared to other McDonald's inside and drive thru with decent service... (Update) It is always pack now..since my first critique it seems many people and always a line of cars in drive thru, along with high-school students but service is a decent speed but not a grade A anymore...my number was called, I approached and the mcdonalds (female)employee placed the bag and my soda on the counter, said "have a nice day" and walked away...I patiently and respectfully waited for her to turn and look at me so I can ask for barbecue for my nuggets and ketchup for the fries 🍟 but she purposely made herself busy with another order..and the gentleman mcdonalds employee(male) behind the register noticed and with great interest in getting me what I needed walke over and looked at me and I kindly asked for the sauces and he gave them to me fast and wished for me to enjoy...so service still gets a good B + from me but needs improvement...food is still fresh...
