RV Catering Hall — Attraction in New York

A couple Pros and Cons. This place was great for what I needed it for. I had a 70s theme birthday party.(I rented the space that accommodated 120 people. About 70 of my close family and friends showed up. The space was comfortable and spacious for this amount). They allow you to decorate as early as 11am the day of your event which is AMAZING! They supply ice, a bartender, helpers and security aswell as a DJ (for an extra charge). You are responsible for your alcohol of course. All in all it was a great turn out I would just be aware because the staff stole 2 full bottles of Casa Migos. I had 4 bottles in total. At around 12:30am (party ends at 2am) there were two bottles about 75% empty and two sealed bottles on the bar. 10 minutes later they were gone and the bartender was adamant that they all finished. This in fact would have been impossible, in the midst of partying and not paying attention they definitely took advantage. All the garbage was checked and only two empty bottles of Casa Migos was found. I am telling this story so it wont happen again. Please be vigilant about your alcohol because the staff will steal it if you aren’t. Other than that it was a great turn out, the DJ could have been better but I’ll give him a break because I did have a theme party so the choice in music was very particular. From the Front Line Mr. Papito (the owner), to Irma, the Decorator, the Barmaid Theresa (apologies if this isn't her name) who was assigned to our party in Room R, to James the security guard. Thank you and thank you. Everyone was extremely professional, accommodating and so very nice. We were checked on to make sure we okay by the staff. However, James, Thersa and Irma took the shower to another level. Irma decorated the room just the way my daughter wanted and James assisted us with transporting our items from the car to hall which was Room R on the second floor. The bathrooms were very clean and the room is/ was spacious. Ice was provided, a speaker was provided until our DJ arrived again thanks to James. James was loved by our entire party. His job was to make sure we were safe. He definitely did his job well. I will definitely consider having another party there. This facility deserves a 10 due to professionalism, curiosity, kindness and all around good people with a nice facility. Just one small suggestion, a coat rack for guests. I would highly recommend this place!! The level of professionalism and kindness the staff shows is remarkable. It made party planning so easy. I started planning with Mildred who was so professional and on point. She helped us select a package that included everything and was reasonably priced. I also worked with her on the menu which was included in the package. We then met Irma who was AMAZING! Such a high energy, positive woman who was the decorator for the event and also works with the hall. She was SO GREAT!! She was funny and made sure we had everything we wanted and needed. On the day of the party, it was so amazing. I walked into the room and almost cried at how beautiful the room looked. Irma was there making sure everything was perfect!! THEN we had the best DJ and Bartender on the planet!! Junior and Alex were AMAZING!! People did not leave the dance floor and they were courteous and on point! I highly recommend this place!!...
