McDonald's — Restaurant in New York

Did pickup at around 10:30 PM on Thursday. There was close to 10 staff members who were all on their phones. When asked where our pickup was, a lady just went to pick up a random bag without checking if it was my order or not. IT WAS NOT!!! So I had to take the time out of my day to go pick up my correct order and guess what, they were too busy on their phone that they never even made my order and tried to gaslight me into thinking I ordered drive through. Well I didn't and that does not get rid of the fact that you guys seem to think going on your phones at work that you are being paid for is more important that making the food that people paid for. The fact that they lied straight in my face and said it was my fault "You did drive through" when my app clearly said I did counter pick up if beyond me. Maybe own up to your mistakes and stop trying to shift the blame onto the customer.

I’ve been visiting most days every week because my fiancé has food allergies and can barely eat anywhere else. The staff use to be awesome and incredibly friendly, but over the past month or two we have been getting passive aggressively harassed by the kitchen staff for asking that our order be a specific way. My fiancé will get very ill if some very simple things can’t be removed for her order. It got to the poor that I asked to speak with a manager. Now they follow my order, but for weeks I get our food 20+ minutes after ordering it. And will after others that placed orders after I did. They also always get my order wrong, like day I order a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese and Bacon, but only got 1 beef patty and no bacon. The guys at the counter even promised he would get my order right today. Yeah right. I use to love coming here. Now I hate it.

Takes FOREVER to get food now. this location used to be very fast but lately it’s been EXTREMELY slow. almost 30 minutes for FAST FOOD is crazy to me. you can tell the fries were in very old oil because they were much darker than usual, chewy and rubbery. staff doesn’t even say hi back or anything at the windows, just stares at me and hands me the food. not to mention the BUG I found in my iced coffee and when I called to talk to someone about it nobody answered. it was literally 3 PM why is no one answering the phone? this location has gone extremely down hill. not sure if management was changed or something but it’s pathetic to be honest. I’ve attached a photo of the drive thru line, it goes all the way down page avenue. it’s disgustingly slow here. also they never put any sauces in the bag which I usually wouldn’t complain about since it’s a small thing but considering the disturbing amount of green from this establishment they actually make you pay for sauces, so it’s ridiculous how lazy the staff are to just skip that when it costs...
