They ladies there are severely rude. From the second we walked in they kept trying to sell sell and sell us dresses despite them not fitting properly. The owner made remarks about my mom having to lose 10-15 pounds just so that she can buy the dress and fit into it. A real business woman would sell you the perfect dress, not give you any dress just because she wants to get rid of it. SECONDLY, Service was EXTREMLY poor, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I politely call them to tell them that unfortunately we did not have interest in a dress anymore and did not want to purchase it. The younger girl that answered the phone then hung up on my face as I was MID SENTENCE. She then proceeded to lie to her boss saying that I said goodbye and hung up on her face (not true as I was still mid sentence) and called me back to yell at me , call me disrespectful, and hang up on me again…. I don’t know what girls they hire and why they allow them to lie about their potential customers but they need to re-evaluate the way they treat people. I will NEVER be going back there and will tell friends and family not to support a business that lies about their customers and hangs up on...

My daughter, Emilyrose and I were searching for prom dresses when a friend recommended Le Chic Couture on Page Ave in Tottenville. We were looking for a Royal Blue dress. The staff at Le Chic were very helpful in picking out all of the dresses that came in the color we were looking for and they were very patient as my daughter tried them all on. I cried like any proud mother would when Emilyrose came out of the dressing room wearing a beautiful Royal Blue, sweetheart sequins dress that looked stunning against her porcelain skin. It was a double happy occasion because Emilyrose was is also 3 years cancer free. The owner of Le Chic treated my daughter as if she were her fairy godmother and Emilyrose was a princess.
