Miracali Bakery — Restaurant in New York

I was walking down Roosevelt looking for a place to have breakfast and came across this bakery. When you walk in, you’ll find a good variety of products.

The place looks like it’s been around for about 20 years and feels frozen in time. The counter is quite high, which makes it hard to even see the staff’s faces when they serve you. The service is fine, but the staff felt a bit apathetic.

What I really don’t agree with is being charged extra for paying with a card. That should be factored into the pricing of the products instead of passing the cost onto the customer.

A spot with good variety, but it could improve a lot in service and overall...

Señora LINA, Hay personas que viajamos desde fuera de la ciudad para comprar los productos de Mira Cali, sus productos son deliciosos. Pero la actitud y la grosería de la usted señora LINA para con los clientes que venimos de tan lejos a comprar lo hacen a uno pensar en si volver. Siempre mis compras son cuantiosas, y por esto sin darme cuenta se cayo ese adorno navideño que ni se daño, El hecho de que usted me trate mal, trate de empujarme, me deje con la palabra en la boca, me conteste el telefono a seguir tratandome mal, despues no me permita devolver los productos alegando que me los tenia que llevar si o si, su rudeza, altivez y groseria, cua do todo el tiempo yo fui muy respetuoso, lo dejan a u o triste de ver como usted le importa poco o nada la reputacion del negocio que hoy le esta dando empleo y sus compañeras de trabajo que si atienden bien. Sin embargo entiendo que al no ser la dueña, no le importa que a él negocio le vaya bien o mal. Cuando uno crea empresa todos los clientes son importantes, desde el que solo compra un cafe, hasta los que como yo hacemos compras significativas en el establecimiento. Se que le importara poco o nada este mal review. Por que todo el tiempo mostró su rudeza y falta de reconocer que fue grosera y no debió tratarme así. Pero igual quiero que las personas que entren a ver estos reviews sepan su nombre y su mal proceder. Usted deja a los Colombianos muy mal parados, cuando nuestra raza y país nos caracteriza por ser amables y buena gente.

Pdta: Los productos son excelentes y deliciosos. Pero la actitud de una sola persona señora LINA no se imagina el daño que le hace a un negocio como este. Espero mejore su actitud y si tiene problemas personales no los exteriorice con los clientes. Las demás empleadas son uno amor. Pero la mala actitud de una señora daña el trabajo de toda...

My experience with this bakery is that the girls that take the orders are always in a bad mood when you ask them what you want they give attitude and most of the time I received the wrong order. One day i claim the girl about the wrong order and ill she said is that I already opened the bag that i have to take it instead of giving me for what i ask.
