Crown Motor Inn — Hotel in New York

Omg! Horrible experience, Receptionist on her late 20's-30's was soooo rude. She will drown this motel out of business soon. She should know where and what industry she is working on. Showing her attitude when I asked is there any problem because she was talking rudely she replied Iam just too busy. Unprofessional, customer service 0. Really you are Working in a hospitality industry showing your customer you don't care. On top of that she gave us room which wasn't prepared. It was pathetic. Atleast she should know which room is ready before giving to her guests. I entered Room it wasn't ready. Duvet was sticky stinky Yukk! I asked housekeeping as she was working nearby if she can change as it was stinky , she changed it but the Indian guy who was working with her, he was just giggling. Unpleasant! Unprofessional!

We got room on 3rd floor they charge $160 per night they accept card only on first day but rest other days it has to be on cash$160 per night.

check out time is SHARP 11am and they are very professional on this. Overall my experience was bad and I wouldn't recommend this motel at all to any of my friends and family.

I wish I could leave 0 stars but the only person who was professional was the housekeeping lady. Thank god they have someone who knows what her work is. This place is nice located but the front desk not welcoming atall. I travel a lot but never saw any unpleasant unprofessional front desk...

So I have been going here for months with my girlfriend.. It was a pretty decent motel.. Until this new guy started working at the window.. So I read the sign on the side it says they have the right to deny any guest at any time.. So for some reason this guy chose to deny me twice.. I got into a big argument with the guy because he lied to me and my gf on two occasions about there being no more room.. Which we knew was a lie ofc.. I was so heated I walked out and when he finally told my gf what the issue was he said that "I LOOKED LIKE I MIGHT CAUSE A PROBLEM" Idk maybe it was cause I was black and my hat hung low.. But I was not high or intoxicated had no drugs on me.. This guy just flat out didn't want to give me a room because he assumed because of the way I dressed and because of my race that I was automatically going to be up to no good. Such a shame was a faithful visitor for months but I'm definitely not giving this place...

THE WORSE HOTEL EVER DONT EVER SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. -They have bed bugs currently sueing the hotel for waking up with a bad bite that spread all over my body an been in the hospital 3 days There is absolutely no heat so prepare yourself to Frezze after the first 10 mins in the room heat cuts off The over charge people I paid 180$ a over night ON GOD -the television in the room did not work the people who had other rooms were VERY obnoxious in the hallway though they were goin to run up in my room idk if they cleaned the towels BUT the towels had like black something spread all over it PLEASE DONT GO THERE BE CAREFUL & SPREAD THE WORD.
