Here is this place, appropriately called āDiversity Plazaā, smack dab right in the place where major transit lines criss-cross at 74th St. Broadway (7 line) and Jackson Heights Roosevelt Ave (E,F,M,R trains) as well as busses and whatever else! It also happens to be in the midst of the most ethnically diverse urban area on the planet! (Queens). Yeah, that is quite significant for any lover of culture! The businesses here are also hardy and thriving in the throes of the crisis that has gripped us all this past year!
