My Deli — Restaurant in New York

I bought two lottery tickets here on 08/08/2024. One MM ticket for 5 options and one PB ticket for 5 options. Today 08/11/2024 in the middle of the day I checked these two tickets in your store. There was no win in the PB, but a win was shown on the scoreboard in the MM. I gave this ticket to the seller so that he could exchange this ticket for new lottery tickets for the next draw. I didn’t notice how he replaced my MM ticket with a ticket from another lottery without winning. Since I didn’t notice this, I was very surprised that they returned me a completely different ticket without winning.

I was really disappointed with their service. I ordered a sandwich, and the way an elderly man and woman were baking in the kitchen looked absolutely unhygienic and unclean. The lack of cleanliness was shocking, and their kitchen attire was unbearable. The food itself was just average—not particularly delicious or well-baked.

I shared my concerns with Mr. Shah, who works there, hoping he can escalate the issue to higher management to improve food quality and maintain a hygienic environment. Very friendly little deli that is conveniently open 24 hours. They have a decent selection of your every day needs along with a great selection of deli meats. They even still stuck with their 24 hour schedule during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic & still had toilet paper and soap the whole time lol. My one complaint would be to the ownership as the air-conditioning unit does not work. During the summer months it is hot as hell in there as a result, The cooking equipment and other stuff also makes it hotter, and I kind of feel bad for the employees that have to work in these conditions.
