Giving 2 stars as they did eventually make my issue right but were very rude in doing so. So I came in today because I saw you had a labeled 1g live resin cart that I wanted to come by and grab, you guys don’t usually carry rythm so I made sure to tripe check before hand if it was an actual live resin cart and not a live sauce cart being that you had other sauce carts on sale and this was the only one that said live resin. Manager told me it was good and was live resin went down to get it then when I noticed was told that everything you carry is live sauce and he became very rude and dismissive when I told him that is not true. Would not let me get a word out kept saying everything is in a cartridge and that he will not debate me on this when I was only trying to explain that the concentrate in the cart that is different,live resin, sauce, rosin, distillate, badder are all different concentrates. He did however then went and replaced the cart and gave me a free pre roll which fine that was cool but would not let me speak and all but kicked me out kept just dismissing me and pointing at the door. I stumbled across HighStoneNYC via google search and couldn’t be happier. I was a little weary at first. I placed my order without processing payment. A few minutes later I was texted a link for payment. I took a chance even though I was skeptical; it seemed sketch. After I paid I hurried and did another google search for a phone number. I found a cellphone number for a gentleman named Matt. He confirmed my order before I even had a chance to say my name he knew it and informed me an approximate time for my delivery. We also spoke about some specials and other products similar to what I had ordered that I might be interested in next time. Matt was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. When my delivery driver, Charlie, left the delivery before mine, he sent me a text to let me know I was next and gave me an updated ETA. As he arrived he called me to let me know he was outside. I ran out and met charlie. He was very friendly, knowledgeable about the product and professional. My order came in a paper bag that was stapled shut. Attached was a copy of my receipt and a HighstoneNYC menu. I was very pleased with the product. I have since ordered two more times and have had similarly pleasant experiences. 5...

If you’re a giggly white girl with no tolerance this is the place for you! If you’re a seasoned, veteran, multiple blunts a day guy… stay away.

This place is for amateurs and people just dabbling, the gummi cornballs. The workers are all friendly, that’s not the problem here. You’re better off with basic, plain old Munchies or Jungle Boyz than the low-grade DIRT on sale here.

It’s amazing to me how many of us stopped dealing with our “plugs” that we have been buying off for years in lieu of this garbage. As someone that frequents dispensaries in San Francisco, (Embarc most especially) this place is a joke. After Hochul’s operation padlock these subpar dispensaries became the only option. Don’t waste a penny at this place, bottom line, the weed is trash. It smokes like THCA or other scammy cannabis alternatives. Again no offense to the workers who were somewhat friendly, this isn’t their fault. I thought this place would become a daily ritual not a one and done. I went in with an open mind and left with flower with the strength of a Parliament cigarette. Very disappointing....
