DO NOT BUY THEY THE OWNER IS RUDE GO SUPPORT A BETTER HUMAN UPDATE— He completely lied about trying to help only thing he was willing to do was give me back my tip and that was coming from the poor delivery driver, I refused to take that from him when the owner should’ve helped The driver quit that day because he wanted to force him to give back the tip I gave him DISGUSTING Placed an order over the phone with this pizzeria all because I saw a combo special that was $24.99 for 2 large pies and a drink. I place my order and add a topping on one pizza, also ordered some garlic knots that was $4 on the menu. I would ALWAYS assume that what a business advertises and prices on the menu are true and not false. I then see a charge on my card of $53. Not understanding why the charge was more than advertised I called them and they passed me onto “management” which was the owner acting like he wasn’t the boss so he wouldn’t have to help me appropriately. Very unprofessional. After breaking down the charges it still didn’t make sense why it would total $53. Supposedly there is a delivery fee, an extra card charge and taxes added after you order and are told a total. Made no sense and for the type of pizza that it is it was certainly NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. He didn’t try to find a solution for me and none of my money was refunded instead he wanted me to take the tip I had given the driver, instead of just assuming to responsibility for his business. The call center is unprofessional and the owner should be ashamed of himself for hanging up on his customers when he should be helping them. I called to ask about a deal on a menu GIVEN to me by them and the person who answered had no clue and asked me to wait on hold. After a couple minutes he answers telling me to check their website for any questions I have about the menu... I hang up and check their website then call back and the woman that answers right away says “sir we’re not giving away food anymore we work hard for this it’s a busy Thursday night blah blah blah you’ve been on the phone for a while now go on the website and order whatever you want” ???? First of all I hung up and called back so I don’t keep their phone busy, and I wouldn’t have had to call back if the person who answered me in the first place knew anything about their own menu. No one is asking them for free food I am simply inquiring about a deal that’s on a week old menu. Read moreI ordered delivery and they forgot to bring my zeppoles. When we called the delivery guy back he said that he was heading to another delivery, and he would contact my pizza and call us back. We said fine because we "trust" the delivery guy. I'm sure he didn't feel like coming back since the restaurant was closing soon. So 10 min passed by and no call. We called him and my pizza back multiple times, with no answer. I understand that my pizza was closed but the delivery guy who said that he would get the order to us, did not. So basically not only did my pizza take my money but I also tipped the driver. This is very unprofessional and bad for business. They think because they are the only pizza store in this area they can get away with messing up orders. Ask me if I'll ever go back to my pizza? The answer is helllll no!
