I've been ordering from here for the longest. Knew the former family who ran it, and they were heavily involved within the community and with their customers. Since transfer to this current ownership, I've watched the service and quality plummet. It's just unfortunate how people are being fearmongered into tipping by someone who won't even thank you post tip. Or being blantantly gaslit for any wrong orders or mistakes on their part. Whenever I’m in Staten Island. By far the worst Chinese food to get delivery from. The Asian man that delivers is so rude and lazy. I give a tips and no thank you and when I don’t he mumbles under his breathe something disrespectful. Food isn’t bad I just recommend going into the actual shop and dealing with the ladies. The delivery guys harass you for a tip. Don’t deliver to u. Give it to u in the car. Call u 5 mins before they actual arrive.
