Ordered wonton soup, chicken fried rice, vegetable egg rolls, happy family and general tso's chicken. First, The wonton soup was completely flavorless. Just yellow broth and wontons with no shredded pork or scallions. The chicken fried rice was soggy and it looked like it had frozen vegetables in it with just about as little flavor as the soup. The happy family just didn't taste good at all. Very bland and the meat tasted funny. Only one piece of broccoli in the entire meal. Vegetable egg rolls didn't appear to have any vegetables inside, only some kind of gray matter that couldn't be identified. And the general tso's chicken was about the best of the bunch which was fair at best. It too only had one piece of broccoli in the entire meal. Used to be my favorite place they must’ve changed hands food is absolutely disgusting. Got jerked around when I tried to explain it to them. They had three or four different people take my call asked me the same questions basically made it look like it was my fault I have the receipt to prove it ordered boneless spareribs got some sort of beef very dry and tasteless. I am newer to the area and found New Beijing right up the street from me. I have really enjoy ordering their take-out. I have had chicken & broccoli, beef & broccoli, lo mein with beef or chicken and have always been impressed. The food has always tasted fresh and arrived hot. The counter person and delivery person are always pleasant to deal with as well. I will have to try some of their seafood options next. I would definitely recommend New Beijing over the the others...
