New Everybody's Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

So I’ve been eating here for years and I love there food and the owners. They’re really nice hardworking people. I haven’t seen the owners recently so I’m not sure if the place changed owner or if they let someone else manage the store. The food has drastically decline in quality. The rice is of a cheaper quality. There’s no chew and has a old stale taste to it. There’s also a piece of blacken rice in it too. The large chicken and broccoli only has a few pieces of chicken way less than what they served before. Lastly they increased the price which is fine but yet they started serving lower quality food. The 1st couple of times I ordered food from here it was honestly absolutely amazing ..ordered today and It was just god Awful.. I ordered the same thing that I did the previous 2 Times BUT TODAY tom was completely different it all looked and tasted the same absolutely horrible.. The Chow fun noodles were overcooked the shrimp were mush And had a slight odor The Chow mein was Brown and tasted just like the noodles And the pork was fatty and tough.. There was one glimmer of hope the pork fried rice was actually fantastic.. I don't order Chinese food much was so looking forward to having some great food ,, totally...

Complete disregard for food allergies. I ordered egg rolls because I'm allergic to shrimp. They sent me shrimp rolls. After 1 bite I had to run to the bathroom and stop myself from anaphylaxis. I called them to let them know what they did and how dangerous it was. The guy on the phone said it was no big deal because I'm still alive and said he would make up for it by giving me 2 free egg rolls. It was nice basically being told my life is worth only 2 egg rolls. I will never order...
