Bagel Hut — Restaurant in New York

We order from there all the time. But NOT ANYMORE!!! Today 8/2/2019 @ 11 am our food came and it was not what we asked for. So we called back to let them know and the girl who took the order for us who by the way should not be interacting with customers. Basically blamed other people for the order not being correct. Rather then apologizing on whoever's behalf and try to rectify the situation she blamed the cook and everyone else and told us the manager will get back to us. A half hour later no call so we call. The girl answers again and says what do you want a new bagel or something so we said yea that would be nice and she responded with ok wait for the manager to come in. A hour and a half goes by no manager calls so we call back. The Spanish cook that was on duty picks up I ask for a manager he tells me something then says bye and hung up. Flabbergasted I called back not sure if he even knows what I am calling for I call again and ask for the manager. The same guy picks up and says we are busy bye. I said busy? I dont even want to speak with you I want the manager. I will come there, so he says ok come and hung up the phone AGAIN!! SO I went there. . I got my money back for the portion of the order they messed up on from them and that will be the absolute last time we will be ordering from them again!

The girl and the guy that worked on 8/2/2019 Morning shift SHOULD NOT HAVE A JOB!! There is too many bagel places on the island to order from and it will only push away all of your customers! Get rid of them while you can. Its unfortunate the food is actually good but the customer service SUCKS and that alone is why we will never order from...

Terrible experience at this place.. I ordered an Sausage egg and cheese w/ spk (simple enough) at exactly 10:25 now when i walked in it wasnt busy yet i got my sandwich walked back to my job to find out it had mayo on it so i called (its now 10:31) to tell them about their mistake and she tells me 1 she didnt take my order and 2 that i told the guy to add the mayo after i ordered (i ordered my food and sat on the little counter) but regardless she told me to come back and that she would fix it (now it was busy and honestly not in any rush to go back to work) but takes about 20mins 10:53 for them to finish my new sandwich which she tells me she didnt put condiments because i didnt want the mayo (like i didnt even want the mayo in the first place) and refused to give me salt pepper and ketchup in the packets like Wth! So i simply asked for a refund and she got very unprofessional pretty much yelling at me saying that i said...

Made an order around 8:40 Am, the order arrived around 9:11 Am, the order was wrong, so i called To let them know the order was wrong, they said “sorry it’s busy” ok, so they offered to correct it and deliver it, so around 10 am i call Back and say forget it and just refund me, i have To leave very soon at this point so i wouldn’t Be here anyway. So they say they can’t refund me because it’s was through the app, so i say Fine I’ll stick around a little bit more, call back 15 minutes later and say i have To leave any chance you are close? They say no we’re not delivering it come pick it up…extremely unprofessional staff and gave me an attitude, I’ll never order from them again. I dont Suggest this place at all, I’ve never wrote a review on any place before in my life, this is how unprofessional...
