I order from here A LOT. My food was stone cold, hard as a rock, and just plain DISGUSTING. I am appalled. I called and told them I never have issues but paying 50 bucks with a 10 dollar tip disgusting. They sat back and got the nastiest attitude with a LOYAL CUSTOMER. They know my number and name. It was disgusting and I will NEVER order from there again and I'd advise you do the same. Even my two liter soda was HOT. Not warm. Not lukewarm. HOT. I am infuriated and they refused to give me my money back. I would have and gratefully told them I would give the food back. None of that food was fresh. Not by a long shot. Food isn’t great and constantly finding hair in the food. I also forgot to mention that they’re rude. The delivery guy is also rude. Doesn’t give you a chance. He’s slams on his horn or he’s banging hard on the door. Food doesn’t taste as good anymore. As I mentioned earlier hair is in the food consistently. The reason hair is constantly in the food is because they have their 11 & 13yr old kids handling the food without gloves nor are they wearing any kind of hat or hair net. This place is one of the few places where the owners really try to please you in any way they can with their service and their food. Just about anything you order is good.
