Quick Grill Japan — Restaurant in New York

I placed a large order on ubereats around two hours before their closing for my family and I. I ordered a party platter, which had an entire roll missing. The platter was yummy regardless! I just wish they were more accurate. I ordered 6 drinks, 1 of my drinks was missing, and the other 4 that I ordered spilled in the car. The strawberry boba drink spilled almost entirely. That restaurant is an 8 minute drive from my apartment. How does this happen? I contacted Uber support and they said the order was not eligible for a refund! This was a horrible experience and I will never order from this place ever again.

Their beef teriyaki however was very flavorful! Their fried rice as well, soo delicious. Might buy this in-person next time and I’ll update accordingly.

My order was missing items. I called the store and didn't even get a chance to say which items were missing. The girl who answered my call immediately said the manager would call me back and took my information. An hour later I still didn't receive a call back! The money for the items were refunded without even talking to me which makes me believe they knew they were shorting me of my order. After an hour of no call back to see if I can get the food that I ordered I went to the store. The manager was not helpful at all, he was smiling and laughing in my face! Food is typical fast food Japanese take out, nothing special. Run by Chinese so I don't feel it's authentic. If you order Teriyaki item your order should be ready pretty quickly, if you order Sushi which all they have is about 5 to 6 items, you will have a long wait. Every time I go there I order Spicy Tuna Roll, one of the most basic roll other than California roll, it literally takes about 10 minutes to make one, it happened twice, but today took the cake.
