If you are in the mood for Chinese Korean, this is the place to get it. Now you may not understand what i'm talking about... basically there are a couple of dishes that the Chinese brought into Korea, a long long time ago, it's been subsequently Koreanized and Chinese Korean is what has resulted. there are a couple of noodle dishes that are the stars of this cuisine. JJah Jang Myun, and JJam Pong Jjah Jang Myun is freshly pounded noodles in a black bean sauce. It's served with pickled yellow radish, raw onions and kimchi. Chinese House also adds potatoes and zucchinis. their sauce is lighter than other restaurants, but lighter doesn't mean less flavor in this case, it is very flavorful and really delicious. I've seen Jam Pong listed as chop suey in other menus, i don't know about that, but it's a spicy noodle dish with seafood.
