Ochi Jerk Place Inc. — Restaurant in New York

The jerk chicken is terrible...I place an order for jerk chicken or an event. I asked the lady how do they prepare the jerk chicken she said on the grill....when I pick up the chicken I notice the chicken didn't have a grill smell...when I got home I taste a piece and it's very obvious they cook the chicken in the oven...I called and I asked the person who ans the phone how did they prepare the jerk chicken she said in the oven...I told her I was told that they jerk chicken get cooked on the grill...she said the person who told me that jerk chicken is cooked on a grill the person is new so she doesn't know how they prepare their food.I said well this is not jerk chicken it's bake chicken.......the worse jerk chicken ever...I wouldn't recommend buying from this place...terrible...I will never buy from them again... If i could give a 0 stars...

If I could give your customer service servers any advice it would be to be attentive to the customers and becareful what you whisper yo the other servers behind the counter because customers do and did hear you ... a customer came in to pick up food and after repeatedly saying three times hi where do I pick up uber eats orders she was ignored!!! That isn't good customer service at all it's three servers and no one helped her until the lady said it louder then one of the server she kept asking for the order said she isn't giving it to her for the other server to give her the order for pickup.... horrible and I will not recommend anyone I know to go here if that's the way they talk and treat the people who help to keep the...

My first visit to this new establishment (open 2 months), but it wont be my last!! Rice was a little bland but I would return for the chicken without a second thought.

Nobody has time or money to waste on an establishment that's hit or miss with the quality of the food they're serving. Jerk chicken so dry & hard sometimes it seems DAYS old. Jerk pork pieces that turn out to be bone & gristle. And when I asked yesterday if the chicken had been cooked today since the bbq wasn't out front smoking, the gentleman server seemed to be insulted. So I'm re-rating my original review to 2 stars and I'll just say when they HIT, the food is good. But when...
