I ordered chicken fried rice and a mango sticky rice last night July 4, 2023 at 9:36pm. I called up just now to tell them I came home to eat my dinner after working all day and it’s seafood. I told them I still have it and would like them to make another as well as offer me complimentary sticky rice since it was a real inconvenience. She said no, I spoke to another associate on the phone and they said if I bring it back then they make a new one and that’s it. She said there is a new lady working in the back and she may have messed up. Bring it back and make a new one. I said that’s what should happen but I’m not really happy with that are you able to give me the mango sticky rice like I was meant to eat last night with it and make me a little happier. This place was pretty mediocre for what the reviews are saying. I ordered a pickup order from their website and after waiting forty minutes I never received anything about my order being done. When I came in and asked about it they apparently had it done for a while. I expected so much for the food because of the price they had it at but was severely disappointed. I payed 23 dollars for the Kee Mao and they barely gave me anything. I also payed an extra 5 dollars for shrimp in my noodles and they gave me 4 pieces. Also, I bought the crab fried rice because I wanted to try something new and payed 19 dollars for it just to be the blandest thing ever. If I’m paying 19 dollars for fried rice you can at least season it. Even the thai iced tea was a waste of money. More than half of it was just ice.
