Pamir Kabab House & Grill — Restaurant in New York

Their website is a scam. I’ve ordered online, paid online and chose delivery option. They sent and emailed me a receipt and asked me to make an online account which I did. When I called to check on the status of my order, a lady answered and told me that she’s not aware of any order and there came a man on the phone ( the owner ) telling me that this is not their website and advises me on to call my credit card company to get my money back because this website is a scam. He’s telling me himself that this website is not even real. A very rude person with a very poor mentality and character. Very bad customer service. Very impolite. For the very first time I’ve seen a restaurant and its employees to be such a bad people that don’t even know how to handle their customers. I’ve reported their website and it’s under investigation. Please don’t bother to order online...

Really fresh and delicious food!

Chicken sambosa was crisp and tasty. (5/5) 4pc for $6

Onion rings were good, sweet onion inside and golden coating outside (4/5) $3

Buffalo chicken was well prepared, with the juicy chicken coming off the bone easily and buffalo sauce was moderately spicy. (5/5) The fries were good but soft. I like them crispier (2/5) 8pc wings with fries was $7

The chicken chapli round kebab was great, loved the texture and softness of the patty. (5/5) Was served with with rice, creamy spinach, and a side salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber and purple onion)(5/5) 3 patties with the sides for $12

They also have kulfi but I didn’t try.

Food was prepared fresh and quick. I highly recommend this establishment and will definitely go back. They have ample indoor dining space and are following COVID regulations. Only had take out for when I visited in...

Horrible food and horrible service- When I first came in , I asked them 3 times over - can u make it not spicy at all , I have wounds in my mouth bec of ongoing dental work … they confirmed 3 times - and then EVERY DISH they brought had red pepper flakes and green pepper pieces… after I confronted them - they said ‘oh well everyone else likes it like that ‘ , without any consideration for me NOT BEING ABLE TO EAT ANYTHING.. Also, waitress never came by to ask if we needed anything, never offered water, didn’t even bring napkins till I got up myself and went to get them. And when I came to pay for the bill anyway, they try to charge me extra three dollars, when I looked over and I noticed the amount was wrong , they were very uncomfortable and had to refund me three dollars in cash
