The purpose of this review is not to hate or harm this restaurant in any way, shape, or form. That being said, I hope you take this review as an informative review.
Atmosphere: This eatery spot is located inside the supermarket, next to other eatery spots. Their menu have pictures and clear descriptions about their dishes. There is a decent number of tables in the center of the area where you can buy to eat in or take out. As for this specific eatery spot, they seem pretty clean and organized in their area of preparation.
Service: From what I saw, only two women work there. Even though they were not busy, they said my order would be ready in 10 minutes. I didn't mind it because I really wasn't in a hurry. My order was ready in about 8 minutes. They took their time to make my order the best they could, and I appreciated that.
Food: This is the part where I gave this place 4 stars. I hope they read this and make these changes because they seem like hard-working people who do care about their customers. I ordered the Bibimbap and the Combo7(Japanese Ramen + Okonomiyaki). I liked that they carefully wrapped and secured my ramen so it won't spill. The Ramen had a goof flavor. The Okonomiyaki had some pieces of octopus and squid that were a bit hard to chew, probably because it was not cooked enough. The Bibimbap also had one issue, the pieces of chicken. Read moreThis place's food is pretty good. I've come here several times whenever I'm in a rush because they take ten minutes to make what you order. For me I typically order either a combo or bulgogi over rice. Sometimes the beef can be a bit too dry but that's only been once and I've been there about twenty times now. For me I can finish the whole thing but depending on other people they may want to order something a little extra on the side. When you're waiting for your food there's tables in front where you can sit or you can go wander in the supermarket. Hope this was helpful...
Read moreThis place is an embarrassment. I have never before had such terrible ramen. I ordered the Shoyu ramen and Okonomiyaki combo. The Okonomiyaki was really gross, and way over sauced. The Ramen tasted only of salt with none of the rich complexity expected with this dish. Store bought instant Ramen is far superior, and I strongly dislike instant Ramen. This place simply doesn't compare to the other Ramen spots in the area, and I'm honestly surprised they've stayed in business as long...
