For those who want a simple review... You will not be disappointed. Customer service was excellent, price was just right, over all great experience. Now for those who want a detailed review... I previously purchased two bikes from other locations but this by far was the best. I walked in early in the morning and thought to myself that these guys might hate me they probably didn't get their cup of coffee yet but it was the exact opposite of that. Chris approached me and started helping me out right away. I told him I was interest in a Honda fury well aware of the prices and the rebates and he showed me one he had on the floor a 2014 pearl white with red trim msrp on that bad boy was around 13k. Although it's new it's still technically last years model so Chris straight out told me that he can probably give it to me for about 9300. Satisfied with the price he goes inside to start the paperwork and he comes back to me and said he can actually give it to me for 8700. Now if you go to dealerships you know they never want to bring down prices but this salesman did just that even after I agreed to the 9300 so I was very happy with that. He then showed me how much they got the bike for how much rebates he got me and so forth... HE SHOWED ME THE NUMBERS that just never happens. Usually your salesman goes speak to the manager behind a closed door while you wait anxiously looking from far only wondering if your getting a good deal. I then met Darrin who was a salesman on the floor as well, or so I thought. He helped me start the process to finance through the bank. Sweetest guy ever he left me afterwards for a little bit to tend to another customer but he was a great guy but what's even better is that HES THE OWNER. I have never been to a dealership where the owner is on the floor interacting with customers and selling. While waiting for the bank results I enjoyed a great conversation with Chris about things other that motorcycles which was great and spoke a little bit with Darrin also about other things so to be able to walk into a dealership and be able to laugh about anything is a great feeling. I then went to Dina the finance manager. Immediately I felt comfortable. She was talking to me as if she knew me her entire life and I felt so relaxed she got me approved and also brought my interest rate down and gave me a big high five while doing it. You kidding me right? This place is awesome. So I tell them I want to add an exhaust to my new bike they send me over to the parts department. I didn't get the guy's name but he was a very cool young looking guy with glasses he walked me through exhausts and prices and no they did not overcharge me. They charged me the price they pay where the order it from. How do I know? THEY SHOWED ME THE BOOK. I was very happy with that price so he called Hector from service to give me a price on labor and instead of giving me a price, he informed me that on that partic bike it'll be better to get the full system exhaust rather than the slip on. At first I thought it was just to sell me something more expensive but it turns out he was right and the price difference was only 100 so to go to a place that looks out for your best interest says a lot. I then pick out a helmet in which the parts guy continues to help me but gives me feedback on his opinions and experiences with helmets. I try some on and find the right one he gets it ready for me and Darin comes and gives me a discount for the helmet. Now I'm just baffled. How are these guys willing to lower prices all the time. So I was speaking to Dina for a bit then Chris and a little bit with Darin and it was simple. Other places sell the maybe at a higher price but less units. They sell at a lower price but more units. But that's not all. The wonderful experience they give customers make them want to come back and refer their friends to this place right? So when you need something fixed when you need a part for your bike or you just need a new bike in general where do you think they will go. LIKE I SAID BEST EXPERIENCE EVER....
Read moreI'm not even sure where to start. This is the most unorganized business I have ever came across. Usually I try my best not to write any negative reviews abut any business but I had enough of this place BS lies and run around. First, don't believe a single word on their website. They use false and bogus "fish and bait" tactics where they show that they have all kinds of motorcycles available in stock at their dealership. Once you call or even worse show up at the dealership, they will tell you that they don't have any of the models you were looking for and that they will get some in stock "next week". If I received a dollar for every time I heard this line from this location, I would probably be a millionaire by now. They always lie and waste your time... the person who is the king of lying at this location and false information is no other than the owner himself Darrin.
I was told 5 different lies from the Darrin. On September 2020, I visited this location to purchase a blue 2020 Yamaha R3. I was originally told me one of the consultant and Darrin himself over the phone that they have few Yamaha R3's available. Once I arrived at the dealership, they didn't have any Yamaha R3's AT ALL! I was told they "made a mistake". I waited weeks after weeks and was told the same lie that it will be in next week for months. Finally in January 2021 I was told that they have a blue 2020 Yamaha available in "perfect condition". I rushed to the dealership within hours because I didn't want anyone else to buy it. Once I arrived at the dealership I noticed the "brand new perfect condition" motorcycle appeared damage (see attachment).
I brought that to Darrin's attention and was told "no problem it probably got damage from the delivery truck, we have replacement parts in stock and will take care of it within few days. It was very frustrating but I was willing to wait few more days and take the "DAMAGED PERFECT CONDITION" bike. I waited for almost two weeks and called every other day and finally get a response from Darrin stating that they don't have the parts and that it may take a whole month. If I want he has the Monster Edition of the Yamaha R3. I told him hell no.. I waited months after months for the blue Yamaha R3, I'm a prime customer and was going to pay for the bike outright. On January, Darrin told me that he should some new ones in "few weeks". Remind you it's March 11th.. almost two months later no phone calls or follow up. I decided to call him today... and of course he LIED AGAIN!!! Now he stated that the motorcycle from January was never damaged and that it had the wrong VIN number. Lol so you're telling me you want me to believe that BS lie! I stated to Darrin that was not the conversation we had.. it was because the motorcycle was damaged.. that liar had the nerve to tell me no I'm wrong. I will never do business with this garbage unorganized company. Stay away if you want to spend your hardworking money on a business that actually care... this location is not it. THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS...

Given the fact that you are buying complex machinery from them, you would expect that the motorcycle you are receiving has been prepped properly and no detail has gone unchecked. I bought a brand new Africa Twin here less than a month ago. Before I go on, I have to admit that I bought this bike from them because they struck me as very professional at first and their prices and bargaining are quite reasonable. However, and this is where things get tricky, the salesman in charge of my bike didn’t even bother to help me transfer my insurance over to my new bike after I told them to and instead gave me the worst posible policy on the market. What’s worse is that, after 200 miles on the new bike, he calls in to tell me that my insurance didn’t go through. This salesman then did what he could’ve done on day one, which was to transfer my insurance and it took less than 2 hours. Additionally, they forgot to put gas on the bike and I also noticed there was no coolant in the reservoir tank.
And there’s more... I was preparing to go on a ride and the bike wouldn’t start. I read through the manual and noticed the protective battery box cover was missing. I brought it up with them and they said it might have been stolen so I checked for the pictures I took of the bike at the dealership and the cover was also not there, from the beginning of the sale. Regardless of whether or not this related to the cause for the bike not starting, I called this dealership and the tech service manager initially agreed to send a tow truck my way free of charge since it is a brand new bike. But then the dealership manager denied that the service manager had said so and did not agree to provide me a toe truck. I am a reasonable person and can understand if they wouldn’t cover that because of whatever but what really offends me is the fact that the dealership manager, Darrin, snickered and laughed at my complaints, which I find incredibly disrespectful and didn’t explain why he wouldn’t cover the toe truck.
*UPDATE: In response to owner’s post below, he seems to not be up to date regarding the fact that I did procure my own toe truck that day and that the service department found that my bike had a flat, defective battery. Also the chronology of events is not right (I know for a fact that his memory is not stellar). Litany of issues? Well, yes, the list is not short and it seems to be growing. I asked him if it was possible that the electrical issue was due to water damage since there was no protective cover installed but, in his irritable state, he took that as an accusation. Sometimes an apology and an acknowledgement of shortcomings goes a long way, but that’s not what will...
