Disgusting service and quality. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION! (The first girl who alwyas made my sandwich was great). Service afterwards disgraceful...I've been ordering from here for many months the same sandwich and 90% of the time it's been 2 sandwiches at at each order. No one is perfect and mistakes are a given. It can always be fixed but when it comes to people's food numerous mistakes are no acceptable esp when it comes to health. I ordered a sandwich and they claimed their system went down. That's fine. Electronics malfunction; my issue is if the system went down how were you even aware what and who ordered which type of meal and who gives stale bread w/old blackened lettuce to a customer. They made the other half of my sandwich as I told them it was a whole sandwich and during lunch when I opened my wrap it was AGAIN..another stale piece of bread w/old blackened lettuce. Day 2...I figured to give another try the next day..this time delivery...again...I received a stale bread w/lettuce and tomatoes and disgusting onions which I DID NOT ASK FOR ..NO SPINACH, CUCUMBERS, ARUGULA, BASIL OR CILANTRO...once is a mistake anything more and consecutively is just targeted maliciousness. Then the girl who picked up the call tells me I have to keep coming back in to get my order fixed then tried to blame the delivery. First off the delivery driver WAS NOT THE ONE WHO MADE MY FOOD panera did! Then she refused to take my call thereafter from hanging up on me. This place may be newly built. But their quality and customer service is completely disgusting. The pictures says it all! Why should I constantly have to venture back to a place for them to fix my order when it's their poor quality and unsanitary services that keep messing up. I'm not going to put the reps name who was rude, I'm not distasteful as they were but it's not the first time. So much for contacting a manager when your meal is constantly incorrect. They did not honor their...
Read moreOverall the location of this place is great and has potential. However, the lack of care the management team has is apparent, and they are also extremely rude. I came in one night after work and ordered a meal -to stay- but was given a to-go order even though I had an hour until they closed. I was told by management that “we have a lot of orders you’re going to have to wait” mind you, I had been waiting for already 10 minutes by that point and was the only one there waiting when I asked if they received my order. Another time I had come in roughly around 230- noticed one section of the restaurant being closed down entirely…during this night they didn’t close until 9pm. Each time I come here the drink items are never fully stocked and I have to constantly ask for ice to be replenished, I have to ask for a lid or a straw since they are never there, milks to be replenished for the coffee. Coffee has been watered down as of late, green tea as well. Tables are dirty. Even the bathroom toilet paper is never stocked. It’s never packed in here when I do come in so there has to be time throughout the day to handle these things- there have been fruit flies as well on some tables I’ve sat at. I come from a customer service background and work for customer experience in marketing so noticing all of these things in a short time frame is concerning. I want leadership to be aware or the problems here otherwise they will not make it. I’ve been contemplating coming back because of the inconvenience and lack of...
Read moreOh, let me tell you about the absolute horror show that was Panera's customer service recently. I don't really think I have ever seen a staff that could not care less about actually serving customers. From the second I walked in, it was just obvious that anyone who worked there would rather be anywhere else.
First, I stood at the counter for what felt like an eternity while employees chatted amongst themselves, occasionally casting a disinterested glance in my direction-as if I was an inconvenience just by existing. Finally, when one of them decided to take my order, the attitude was so cold I could practically feel frost forming on the register. No smile, no eye contact-just a dead stare and a monotone "What do you want?
" as if I had disturbed their day. And when they finally called my order, it was tossed onto the counter without so much as a word. I had questions about my food, such as where half of it was, but they were nowhere to be found.
I had to go on a scavenger hunt just to find somebody who could actually help me, and even then, I received eye-rolling and huffing like I was asking for a solid gold sandwich or something. To top it all off, when I asked to speak to a manager, they told me "the manager isn't available." Really? During the middle of the day? I am pretty sure the Panera version of "customer service" means doing everything humanly possible to avoid customers. If you like even the slightest bit of respect as a human being, don’t come here. go...
