Went there for the first time with me family. Good thing we got there around 11:30am. Because around 12pm, it got super busy with the lunch rush. Customer service was awesome. They were quick to take away empty plates and refill the hot teapot (if you ordered the hot tea, you get the teapot and cup). All the food I've picked were tasty, especially the creamy crab. I wish I didn't order a drink or just ask for water because there soup was so delicious that I neglected my ice tea soft drink. They had egg drop soup, hot and sour soup, seafood soup, etc. They also have inarizushi with seaweed salad on top, I missed this food, it's been forever since I had it. I also saw chocolate fondue at the dessert section, but didn't try it because I was so full by then. However, I'm so amused by this. And they have bubble milk tea! You have to pay separately and it's not unlimited refill. I ordered at the front after the buffet so I can drink it at home. I ordered the basic bubble milk tea, hot version. The boba was soft and chewy and the tea taste great! I normally have my boba tea with 30% sugar, but didn't say anything this time. It's a bit sweeter than I normally have, but I wasn't sure they would make adjustments as I normally do in a boba shop. If I come back, I'm gonna order bubble tea instead of the typically soft drink.

The bippity BOMB of all buffets! Beautiful upscale decor, family friendly, and the price is unbelievable. There are soooo many choices of seafood, sushi, and a bonanza of Asian, Thai, American, and Italian dishes. There is even a hibachi station! On weekends, there is a carving station that includes lamb, corned beef, prime rib, and my favorite, Peking duck. Our party was there on a Friday, and we were amazed at the endless selections. We enjoyed the yummy mussels with black bean sauce, tender and juicy bbq spare ribs, sautéed jumbo shrimp, Dragon Roll, sesame chicken and the fabulous raw bar with crabs, shrimp, mussels and clams. Definitely leave room for the bountiful dessert station that even has a chocolate fountain! You can't resist having one of the delicious bubble teas, healthy smoothies, or juices. They even offer wine, beer and sake. The staff are all friendly and very attentive. If you don't have time to eat in, a takeout buffet is available. There is a gorgeous party room for your special occasions. It was wonderful to see so many happy families enjoying this awesome buffet. Take yours and GO!

I have been to this resteraunt before but the new reviews of negative feedback posted had me wondering. Don't listen to the negative reviews. Thankfully I went and arrived around 7:30 and the woman who greeted us was welcoming. Our waiters were pleasant and fast. My boyfriend and I filled our plate with steamed crab legs for the table with butter and cocktail sauce. Then I got a separate plate with sushi 🍣 dumplings and a ton f wasabi/ginger (delish). My boyfriend had the pork loin, brisket, corned beef, dumpling, and other meats. Our food was delish! Plus we had seconds and thirds of the crab legs lol. They have a unique meat station where the meat is placed on a wood borderline and you slice it yourself. Very cute with lights hanging above it. The dessert was okay but who goes to a buffet for dessert anyway? We had Ice cream with sprinkles and a vanilla cookie. This is not the creme de la creme of buffets BUT the food is good and that's all that's hound matter. NOTE TO OWNER: Bathroom needs a little TLC (Tender Love and Care). Then I'll give you a 5.

I was excited to come here friday night after COVID so I can finally enjoy the experience of scooping whatever I wanted at buffet. The place sat us down immediately, the tables were clean and the waiters get you drinks right away. They follow all safety measures with gloves and masks required , and they always clean and wipe down stations. I never see any food not being filled or any empty trays, the food kept coming out hot. I love the carving station, the pork buns, sausages and meats are really big but I noticed the station closed around 9-9:30 which is bummer for anyone coming later for quick bite before closing at 10. The sushi bar had extra fee for special rolls but its literally less then a dollar. I loved their cali rolls and snow crab / kani rolls, along with various shrimp rolls. The selection isnt big but it keeps coming out fresh. I loved how there was endless spicy mayo and ginger too, this station stayed open until10. The foods I did like were the bbq ribs, sauteed string beans, fried rice, veggie lo mein , chicken and brocolli and pepper steak; their general tsos chicken didnt have the expected sauce and their honey chicken also was like a bootleg sesame chicken. I did not like their chicken nuggets, you can make better ones from supermarket at home, it was bland! I also hated the sweet and sour chicken, it had more breading then chicken. Their ranch crispy chicken was cut up into small pieces where all the breading comes off. I also do not like their gyoza style dumplings, the meat came right out the dough. You are better off trying other dim sum options like egg rolls, steamed dumplings, fried sesame balls and their amazing doughnuts. This place has a decent balance of american to asian dishes, so that in itself is good enough for me to give this place 4 stars. Kids can also have mac and cheese, plain chicken items, pizzas. Crab legs and steamed shrimp is super popular, I also saw they have decent clams and mussels. Its also important to note all these stations had nice chili sauces, mayos, ketchup, soy sauces, etc. the dessert was subpar. the rice krispie treats look cool but it doesnt seem homemade. the rainbow cookies were tiny and their cakes like devil food and sponge were also tiny squares that were rather dry. I hated their homemade fruit puddings, the coconut pudding tasted like bleach. I also felt majority of fruits were more so in syrup, like cheap canned items. The salad bar is basic, just feta salads or house salad you can make yourself, I cant say there is much options there. I also dont think its organized well , one side is desserts continued across the salad bar, its hot mess. The ice cream station could be cleaner in the corner of buffet , this place has sprinkles all over the floor and opened bottles of syrup and cones are rather stale because they dont come packaged in plastic per cone. the only ice cream flavors they have are vanilla and chocolate. overall for 2 people with sushi fee and sodas plus the bill came to $56. nobody pestered us for tip or rushed us out. PS: why did some of our fortune cookies have no...

Food is good, cheap, and the only reason I go.

1 star is their "wait" staff. And I put this in quotations because they aren't waiters at all. For the work they do, $3 per person is more than fair, but some staff don't seem to think so.

They will push you out by dropping your check early. I promise you will NEVER EVER have to ask for the check here. And the worst part is that once your check is on the table they will constantly walk by staring at you until you pay, or worse, stand right near your table.

They will shamelessly count the tips right in front of you and will give you dirty looks if you didn't give enough.

I've had a waiter literally stand right next to the table holding the check tray in front of us like a homeless person until we scrunched out every last loose dollar bill we had. I had to tell him a few times that I was sorry and I didnt have anything more to give before he finally left. At the time this happened I was like 15 years old so were the 2 people accompanying me. It was embarrassing and they are extremely unprofessional.

If they were more professional, and more attentive - when it's busy you might as well get your own refills from the soda machine - I would definitely consider tipping more than $10 for 3 people.

Just recently a waitress once asked me why I didn't leave more. Another was so intent on rushing and pushing us out that she didn't hear me tell her I had more money in my car and I'll get it before getting upset and making a remark about the tip.

From over 10 years ago and continuing to this day I can bring up countless stories of their extremely unprofessional service. The food and price point just keeps suckering me right back through...

Let's start with the good. The place looks fantastic and modern, and the bathrooms are modestly clean, but that's about the end of the list.

I won't be too harsh on the servers, they do a serviceable job and do what they are suppose to.

But now the bad, and the real reason you come to a buffet, the food.

Coming on a weekend where the price is higher for lunch and dinner service compared to the weekdays, you would hope all the food is fresh. Unfortunately not the case, as the first item I put in my mouth was a yellowtail sashimi. The first giveaway was the rice, it was definitely overnight as it has hardened, fine, maybe the fish is ok at least, nope. I took a bite and immediately noticed a strong fishiness, like it was very close to spoilage. I should have thrown it out but didn't because I don't like making scenes with staff to ruin my time.

Hoping to cleanse the palate, I picked up fried chicken which looked a tad overcooked. It wasn't, the deep darkened color instead of being golden is because of the old oil I imagine being used to fry and refry and refry, because the chicken was moist, but it had a stale taste of reused oil.

I could give a laundry list of every item I ate and why it wasn't good.

I'm not writing a negative review just to rag on the place, but hope it catches the owners attention to improve. I know it's China buffet and has a structure, but the place should really value quality over quantity. I would prefer less selection where everything was good than a hundred different selections which are all hinging...
