Food - It's OK. I got the Big Box. The fries were good and well seasoned. The chicken tenders were utterly tasteless. I ordered the spicy ones so they either messed it up, I have a high spice tolerance or it's just lacking flavor. The BBQ sauce was spicier than the tenders. The mashed potatoes were fine. The biscuit was good but extremely salty, I wish they added more of that salt to the chicken. The portion was very generous for $6 though. They gave me an extra chicken tender, probably by mistake, but the tenders were much bigger than I expected. Service - I felt very rushed. With the Big Box you choose between 3 chicken tenders or 2 pieces of chicken but they never asked me and I had to go back and correct my order. They also probably gave me the regular chicken when I asked for it spicy because I tasted no spice. I had to haggle them for a fork and sauce even though I ordered mashed potatoes, do people eat that with their hands around here? They also only gave me 1 packet of sauce which isn't nearly enough. It was very hard to understand them. They also didn't seem to want me to pay with cash. But they made my order for me instantly, so I appreciate the prompt service (though they could have at least gotten my order right since I was the only person there...) Atmosphere - It's either empty in there or packed, and when it's packed you have to sit at a table with strangers unless you have somwhere else to eat. They only have three tables, the upstairs area...

Popeyes is promoting its new app and one of rhe coupons is the 3.99 tenders with a regular side and a biscuit. The fact that the manager Fatima was so rude and disrespectful is beyond ridiculous. I've been coming to that popeyes for the last 3 years while enrolled in Brooklyn college and have never felt so disrespected. Fatima told me that Paiyo the owner will not ne honoring the regular side with the promotion that was going on because tenders are way too expensive. She charged me $7 and change when I told her the price isn't correct she repeated their isn't anything she can do for me and when I srarted getting upset she said I should get out her store. Honestly Daria has more manger qualities and know how to deal with customers than that Fatima at store #3173 2158 Nostrand ave.
