overall a good experience! i walked in it and it was relatively clean but also empty which made me a bit weary. it got busier later but it was just filled up with loitering students who werent ordering anything, despite the signs saying that wasnt allowed. they came to film tiktoks which was kind of trashy but i dont expect workers to get involved. that aside, the food was good. the chicken and cabbage was delicious but needed sriracha, i would NOT recommend the fried rice though. it does not taste like fried rice asian restaurants usually have, it was just off. the dumplings were FANTASTIC. the workers were friendly and helpful. i wish they had the sauce/utensils out so i could take it rather than having to ask but it was good overall. a good portion for...

The food is good, nothing outrageously amazing. It's your typical protein over rice with a sweet umami rich teriyaki sauce. In terms of price and amount of food offered, I would recommend this place. However, despite the food tasting fairly well, I did notice the staff being a bit rude to customers.

One of them were a customer simply asking a question about whatever, but the staff wouldn't notice them at all. Understandably, they are working, but a simple acknowledgment would have left the customers at peace. Rather, the fustrated patreon stormed away cusing.

Another scene I noticed, mind you I'm Cantonese, so I can understand the language, the staff would make fun of the customers in their own language.

I came here a few times and didn’t need to do a review because for the most part some of the workers are respectful. Not so much today as I ordered and thought everything was rung up and ready to go. As I waited by pick up the manager(whom I assume is the manager as he sprung from the back door behind the register) was VERY aggressive informing me that the water wasn’t paid for. I went to show him my receipt only to see the cashier didn’t ring up the water. This is fine and mistakes happen so I’m not mad at the cashier. I went back to be rung up for the water.
