Customer service was okay except for Jacob who scammed me out of one entree. I ordered the bigger plate and was waiting for king pao chicken to be sent down as I wanted 2 portions of king pao and one portion of grilled teriyaki chicken which he already put on the plate. Once the kung pao was ready he only placed it in the little red box but not on my plate leaving it half empty. I tried to explain to him that I still wanted another portion of kung pao to be added to the plate but he kept refusing despite me telling him to look at my half empty plate that he already closed. He then told me he put double grilled teriyaki chicken which I didn’t want but I accepted it since he was very slow and hard to get through. Come home and realize my plate was half empty just as I suspected even tho I paid for the 3 entree bigger plate.

This was one of the most disappointing food deliveries I’ve ever had. The portions were incredibly small — I ordered a medium Chow Mein, thinking a large might be too much, but what I got looked like a kid’s portion, barely enough for a two-year-old. On top of that, the noodles were dry and tough, like they were left over from the night before and just reheated. The Black Pepper Sirloin Steak was a joke — 85% vegetables, 5% some strange sauce, and maybe 10% actual meat. We ordered dinner for three people, and all of us were still hungry afterward. We had to place a second order from another restaurant. The only decent thing in the entire order was the Coca-Cola. Everything else was a huge letdown. This meal cost $62 and I wasted my $10 coupon on it. Total disappointment.

Serving a pre-prepared box containing two scoops of food should not be overly challenging. Had I not verified my order prior to payment, I would have received the incorrect meal from the server, Jacob G., despite having paid extra. Additionally, the portions of meat or chicken dishes are quite limited. While I do not hold the management responsible, as it is indeed difficult to find competent service personnel nowadays, there is a need for greater selectivity in the hiring process. On a positive note, the restroom facilities were exceptionally well-maintained for this location. Additionally, it is highly beneficial for the environment in which the food boxes are not constructed from plastic. I hope Teriyaki One adopts a similar practice.

Sad experience today over here. I was the last in line and naturally would have been the last to order, nobody was ever behind me. I had not paid particular attention to what was going on behind the counter, several members of the staff were doing things. When one gentleman of the staff approached me, I figured, he wanted to take my order. He then told me that the lady with a child in front of me had been there first, which I knew and I told him. He then told me that I had to go to the back of the line, which was where I had been standing all along. So I really could not figure out what he was trying to convey to me. Meanwhile he kept looking at me clearly waiting for some reaction. We went through this miscommunication twice, he started talking in a sterner voice calling me Sir and repeating that the lady had been there before me, which again I had known all along. I started feeling aggrivated and really could not figure out what I was supposedly doing wrong. I said that I am fine being last and did not give a s* about trying to skip. That obviously and understandably did not work well, and in the end I was not served because of cursing and disrespecting the staff. I did notice while this was going down that the lady with child had apparently looked ahead at other dishes around the corner, but then had returned to the end of the counter where the gentleman had I guess wanted to take her order. I am still not quite sure why all that would have made it necessary for me to move, but hey, that’s no problem either. So, I apologize for the language slip, hope it did not put a dent in everybody’s day and hope at the same time that if necessary we will get to communicate more effectively next time, which might something for all sides to keep in mind. Anyway, I have always had very friendly interactions with everybody at this branch, never had any negative intentions nor reason for complaints. To the contrary. The sadder it makes me that I would have been perceived as some sort of unfriendly...

ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! This was, without a doubt, the worst takeout experience I’ve ever had. I placed an online order at 7:20 PM, with confirmation stating it would be ready by 7:55 PM. I arrived promptly at 7:58 PM, double-parked in a bus lane to quickly grab my food—only to find out it wasn’t even CLOSE to being ready. Not even started!

The cashier flat-out LIED, claiming my food was being prepared. A few minutes later, I see the truth—they hadn’t even begun packing it. Meanwhile, I watch other customers walk in, place their orders on the spot, and get their food before me! How does that make sense?!

By 8:07 PM, I receive a parking ticket because their incompetence forced me to wait far longer than necessary. Had my order been ready at the promised time, I wouldn’t be paying for their negligence! And even after all this, I was STILL waiting—because at 8:09 PM, they were just finishing up an apple dessert. Seriously?!

I demanded to speak to a manager, expecting some form of accountability. Instead, a young man—who barely acknowledged my frustration—claimed he was the manager and that he was personally preparing my food. Why is the ‘manager’ packing orders while customers are being ignored and lied to at the register? When I questioned why people ordering after me were getting served first, I was met with dead silence. No explanation. No apology. No attempt at making things right.

This location is an absolute joke. Hire more staff, train them properly, and teach them what customer service actually means. I will NEVER return, and I will make sure everyone I know avoids this disaster of a restaurant.

To make matters worse, I was planning a large catering order in two weeks, but after this nightmare, I’m seriously reconsidering giving this company another dime. If they can’t handle a single takeout order, how could I possibly trust them with a catering event?

Panda Express, do better. This location completely...

Initially I liked panda a lot. I only would order kungpao chicken as it’s spicy n l like spicy. I agree with the other reviews that the portions are very small n do skimp a lot. I just accepted it n never had argument about that. But 2 weeks ago became my last visit there. As usual I ordered kung pao n I was about to finish my meal as 2/3 bites remain n suddenly I felt I am chewing something hard as my teeth felt very weird so I try to spit n ran to the counter n try to remove whatever it was. It was a small long wire which I took it out n I felt scared n disgusted at the same time. There were 2 girls n I think 2/3 guys. The girl did apologize n asked me if they can replace the meal n I told them No Way!! or they will give me a large portion or I can come back in the future to get the meal. I told them none of the options will work as I just feel horrible that it may happen again I may never use panda again. I told them I want a refund of the meal. They suddenly kept quiet then I asked again as I didn’t want to waste my time. The guy with the glasses just went inside he was just walking here n there just trying to waste my time hoping that I will just leave. So I went to the counter n asked him it’s not a million dollar transaction that it’s taking so long. It was around 3 pm maybe 2/3 customers were there. I told him I will officially like to file a complaint if they don’t do refund immediately. Then he moved fast n within 5 minutes I was out of panda n will never ever return to any of their stores. Employees looks like not very careful. I can’t trust to ever eat panda. Cleanliness is so much in questions. How the wire got there?? Careless workers☹️I am...
