Pronto Pizza Pasta — Restaurant in New York

I am very disappointed… my boyfriend orders food from this place weekly I personally do not like their food … however I gave it a shot and ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap.. i particularly asked for no mozzarella and the description originally says mozzarella and chicken breast hot sauce and blue cheese.. when I received the order the wrap was stuffed to the rim with cucumbers … I am deathly allergic and it is not on the list of ingredients so I am so great full I looked inside the wrap instead of just trusting them I would have literally died! I called back quickly and explained that I got the wrong order she asked if I wanted a refund or if I wanted a new wrap. I said I am hungry so I would like my food and I paid for it.. she said let me ask a manager in my head I am wondering what do you have to ask you sent me the wrong food … usually pronto comes very quick literally in 20 minutes or less because we are 4-5 blocks away. She said it would take 30-45 minutes and I said you know what can I just have the refund. She said they already started … first off how can he start when her and I were still talking on the phone 2nd the fact that I just wanted my refund should have been no issue … I am just really unhappy with this … I have to eat dinner at 9 pm which is not usual for me and I could have died eating what they sent …...

Ok so I’ve ordered from here over and over I swear by them I ordered delivery today and the food is good the delivery driver was amazing snd so nice but when I called I asked for a chicken roll with vodka instead of red sauce the counter girl who sounds new never heard her voice tells me oh we don’t make fresh rolls they are premade we can’t make that so after hearing that I thought to myself hmm is my hero not freshly made too where do you get the hero’s if they aren’t freshly made and why couldn’t you accommodate me I wanted a fresh roll like she said they aren’t fresh they are premade idk it was all confusing but I’ve worked in a pizzerias when someone calls and orders something specific u make it fresh you don’t tell them no it’s not hard to make a fresh chicken roll I was just very upset about that because I’ve never experienced this and I thought EVERYTHING WAS MADE FRESH LOL so after my long rant the delivery was amazing food was good counter girl shouldn’t be telling people that...

What’s is going on with Prontos on Bay Street?!!! Last Sunday the employee burned a grandma slice, Today it gets worse. I made an order for a spinach pie 15 minutes before we got there to pick it up but it wasn’t ready and the employee could not find the order that was made. They did not look busy. Anyway after she finds it and we pay for it, she asks what our order number is again because it is taking forever. I didn’t realize when I ordered, I put delivery but she should have known it was delivery and why we were there waiting for the order. Anyway it was out for delivery so we had to drive home. Finally when we open the pizza box there is barley any spinach on it. And there was barley any sauce in the pizza. I know prices are going up but why is the service so bad?
