Ralph’s Italian Ices & Ice Cream — Restaurant in New York

I love Ralph’s I have been coming here since a kid my day use to take me to the one in port Richmond. I am happy they have other locations. I came to visit yesterday Staten Island to see friends and family due to a death in my family. I always try to stop hear and bring some back to Pennsylvania because they don’t have places like Ralph’s in pa . My experience there was phenomenal the server was so sweet . She saw my niece crying and ask what’s wrong and gave her a bunch of tissues and napkins. He customers service was phenomenal she went above and beyond. She deserves a raise or something. I don’t remember her name . I would have given her 10 stars for customers service if I could ....

Tonight was just not a good experience at this location on bay st. I really couldn’t decide what I wanted, so I took my time looking at the menu you. The girl wearing a red hat was really aggressive and had a tone that was very condescending. I was so thrown off by her attitude it made me turn my head to look back to see if maybe I was holding up the line but there wasn’t any other ppl waiting on line so I didn’t understand why she was acting as if I was bothering her. When the quality and taste are good the team working at this location simply lazy. This location is in my neighborhood and I was a frequent buyer there, I think I have to find a new place for my ices. Last week twice I was told that the milkshake machine was broken. It’s always a line at day time, but not because there are lot of customers, it’s because kids working are way to slow.
