Que Sabrosura! Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in New York

I called to place an order for pick up. Asked how much was a large tripe soup with rice, lady said $14 but I couldn’t place the order I had to go to the restaurant. I go to the restaurant, my order is ready and she said I have to pay $21. ??? What!! we went back and forth and I reminded her that I was the person she spoke to over the phone. But the funny part is when I said I was not paying $21 for a tripe soup and a small rice. She said “but we already warmed up the soup for you” ??? Lol It’s not EVEN MADE TODAY!? I definitely don’t want it now. SELLING ME A SOUP WHO KNOWS HOW OLD IT IS FOR $21. I walked over to Liberato Restaurant on 183rd Jerome ave. They charged me $13 ;) (by the way, I am aware that restaurant food can be there for days) I was just being extra for her trying...

There are not many proper reviews listed through google but please take the time to read this and understand that “good” reviews are easily forged for companies. Sabrosura is one such restaurant. Their Spanish food is low quality and pork is all fat and they hardly ever deliver the food that I order. If you call to get a refund for the food that they never delivered they will all act like they don’t speak English. Which is illegal here unless you are an illegal immigrant. They also steal credit card numbers. So far each time that I’ve only bought from them they have stolen THREE credit card numbers all traced to Sabrosura. Please be mindful of this before paying this restaurant a single dime. I will be reporting to hopefully have them shut down...

One star because every time I go to pick up food, there's an issue. With deliveries it can be hit or miss. Sometimes I get my order other times I don't. I've ordered from here about 8 times and the only thing that's reliable here is the fried food, rice chicken and beans, and das it.

A bonus but no extra star is that they serve large-ish portions.

Also they're alfredo pasta smells and tastes like expired milk. Thats not right.. had to throw it away.

Please fix your expeditors, they're handing people the wrong food and get an with attitude when you ask them to...
