Ralph's Famous Italian Ices — Restaurant in New York

I have gone here three times this summer and two times received freezer burn ice that tasted terrible. And one time received a quart of basically liquid ice cream I will assume their freezers are not equipped to deal with the Summer's Heat. There used to be a grab a toy game that would win all the time for a stuffed animal prize the machine they have now the claw won't even close around the toy and it is a scam machine which is really terrible for the children who love to play. On my last visit a few days ago I bought my niece a $3 fart goo toy and when she opened it a few minutes later when we got home it was totally liquefied there was no way of getting it back to a play like state and had to be dumped. She was so upset I had to go out and buy her another one from somewhere else as I was already ripped off by this place again my assumption is they cannot tolerate the Heat.. goo should not melt! As another Great season of delicious italian ices from Ralphs comes to an end I would like to speak for all customers when I say that this years customer service was the best in recent years. The staff is made up of high school and college students that were extremely nice. In the many times I visited Ralphs this year, I was greeted by a worker named Bill on multiple occasions. Bill, always wearing his green Yankee baseball cap, was very helpful and outgoing and would usually give me the weekly breakdown on the yankees season which I quickly started to look foward to on my trips to Ralphs.
