Ralph's Famous Italian Ices — Restaurant in New York

I had a horrible experience at this Ralph's ices location. 1st they ran out of hot fudge they were out of many flavors. Very small selection. 2nd there icecream cone was broken and tasted very stale! 3rd the scoops belonged on a preschoolers cone! 3rd they had the balls to charge me over $3.00 for that cone plus the service Is better a at the DMV! I Will not be going back there anytime soon especially when there is a Baskin Robbins right across the street! I will not be referring that establishment to any friends for sure! Worst ralphs location on staten island. This is the 2nd time I've gotten something from there that melted in about 2 minutes flat. This place also doesn't properly make their sundaes. I ordered some chocolate chip sundae and they shoved the cookie flat ontop and poured ice cream and whip cream on it with the lid sealed. You couldn't even take off the lid without the ice cream and whipped cream covering your entire hand. So disappointing. Don't even bother with this location.
