DON’T TRUST RALPHS ICEES... So the last day of Ralph’s opening, Sept 27 ( Sunday). I ordered 14 Quarts of icees. It was BOGO free. Because I spent over $40, they gave me a free bag. They supposedly packed all my icees in the bag along with ( I thought the rest of my icees) behind the counter so I couldn’t see what they were putting in there. They told me I had to leave the line and go around the corner to get the bag because it couldn’t fit through the window. The girl told me all my icees were done. I trusted that they gave me everything. Without counting them, I drove all the way back home to NJ, to realize I was missing 4 icees. I called immediately. Call after call and no one would pick up. I sent my sister over there because she lives out there, for some female manager by the name of Sam, with no experience in management said I should nvr had left the counter. I tried to explain to her that it was so many ppl back there trying to do too much, her ppl’s was putting the icees in the bag w/out counting them in front of me b/c they were rushing. She wasn’t trying to hear me and would not give me my icees or my money back.. IS RAPLH’S ICEES that hard up on money that she couldn’t even give me my money back or my Icees. All she kept saying was they have other customer. I asked for the corporate information and they don’t even have one. That icee place is their headquarters, so if you have a problem and that was their last day, there’s nothing that you can do so now I’m out of money and 4 icees. I guess I didn’t get that bag for free after all. I paid for it. SMFH....Poor management skills and customer service. They need to DEMOTE THAT SAM CHICK, short girl, long black hair, TERRIBLE!! No customer service skills. Make sure you count ur items, don’t trust them to do it, even if u have to make them take it back...
Read moreWhen I was a kid growing up across the street from Ralph's. I knew old man Ralph used to give us a free ice for sweeping his parking lot back when the only two flavors he had were orange and and lemon. I really appreciate the price back then was $0.10. I live in Jersey now but still come there go to Denino's and then to Ralphs. I hope his grandchildren read this I remember when he introduced chocolate and it was the bomb. Yes you've got a gazillion flavors. And long lines but back in the day there were long lines with just three flavors. I was disappointed in the orange as I'm still an orange and lemon ice mixed guy. And this old Italian nose as I remember when old man Ralph was making it himself. So maybe one of you better go in there today and taste the orange cuz it was not up to standards but the memories were there as my grandmother's house and my mother's house we're right across the street. I'm sure not many people even buy the orange and lemon these days with the kazillion flavor you have. Just adding...
Read moreI am a Staten Island native but have moved to New Jersey were there are many other Italian ice places. Even with the move, there is no other place I want to go get Italian ice from than Ralph's! I even travel 30 minutes to the closest Ralph's by me rather than going to Rita's which is 3 minutes away from me. I am never disappointed with anything I get. The amount of flavors they have are amazing and it just so happens that they all taste amazing as well! My favorites are the vanilla chip ice and the blue hawaii ice. I tasted a bit of their new Cookie Monster ice cream and it was amazing! I plan on getting it soon. Ralph's never fails in bringing me happiness and there is no other place I will get my ice from than Ralph's. It has become a tradition in my family. 10/10 all around. Thank...
