Sergio's Pizza & Gourmet Eatery — Restaurant in New York

I have been visiting this place for over 4 years. The food is always good However, the service is not. There is a woman (She usually wears a baseball cap) that takes orders and always works the register. She is always Unpleasant, dismissive and outright Nasty! She often rushes customers and speaks to customers in a loud discourteous tone. She always snatches money or cards and hands them back to customers by placing them on the counter.(She's much nicer to older men who's she's on a first-name basis with).. Today I purchased 3 meals (Shrimp Salad, Salmon dinner w/2 sides and shrimp dinner w/ 2 sides) to go and was told that my bill was $46.76 plus tax. I was given a receipt that said open tab with the above mentioned amount. When I asked for a itemized receipt the above mentioned lady rolled her eyes and with an attitude she replied you want an itemized receipt?.. she then sarcastically wrote down my purchased menu items on the back of a ripped piece of paper. When I questioned why I was charged 16.95 for the salmon dinner when it's listed above her head for 14.95, she angrily replied that's the price the one up there is old. I do not know why they have prices listed inside of the restaurant and charge different prices. I also do not understand why they charge tax if you pay by debit or credit card but they do not charge tax if you pay with cash... But I do know that no matter how good the food may be customer service should be just as good. I refuse to continue to support them and feel as if my money and or business...

I work down the block, and the food is good honestly. But the girl who answers the phone is so rude every single time that my whole office refuses to order from here. she has been rude on the phone and in person to everyone here separately. that is so much lost business from a busy office a few blocks away that would order on a daily basis. I tried to place an order again today and the girl was even ruder than usual. asking her how much the total is? it's a huge problem for her. I told her I was going to pay by card and she literally said " UUUUUGH. Really?! " lmao. I told her to cancel my order and that I wanted to speak to the boss, because she was costing him literal daily business. she refused to tell me her name she refused to let me speak to her manager. she hung up on...

This place is always been sort of off the beaten path and the prices have always been a good value but lately the food quality has really gone down I had a slice of Sicilian that was like biting into a sponge and I had some chicken strips that were super thin way too thin and I'm just not going to order from them regardless of their reasonable prices.
