Subway — Restaurant in New York

While I selected that it was a dine in its impossible to really dine-in. They do have the tables which are attached to the wall, but here comes the catch...there are no chairs to sit on and the tables are not high enough to eat at them. Normally would not write a review for a place like this, but the service was so bad that's unimaginable. The only reason that went there is because a closer location is closed for renovation. While Subway is running various promotions and this location is listed as participants in some if them the first thing you are going to see is a big sign stating that they are not participating in any. Did not really want to write this long review here, however the second big sign in the store which as asking to help them and take a survey...

Worst customer service i ever experienced, place a pick up and my order missing 3 cookies, when i came back they said they ran out of chocolate cookies and didn't aplogies,not until i ask for different type of cookies.They should have offer me right when i first came in the store, not expecting me to walk out with my missing order. Yes part of it my fault not to also check right in the spot but how do i know they ran out of something without them notify me ?...

The worst Subway I've ever been to. Horrible people run the place. Won't accept Subway coupons. If you don't have your Subway card, you could usually enter your phone number to get points added to your account. This is the only Subway I've been to where they won't let you enter your number. Nasty attitudes. Avoid!! There's a much better Subway on Harway Ave just 5 minutes...
