Got ripped off when coming over here thinking that I'd get a $6.99 footlong as per their ads. Only to be told that it only works via their app. I'M NOT SIGNING FOR THEIR APP!!! Why can't they have an in-store promo instead??? Also, why did they have to have that detail in the fine print???

Great job, Subway! 1st the whole JARED FOGLE debacle (google him, if you don't know what I'm talking about), then after not coming to your franchise after the whole $5 footlong thing, now THIS?!?

My experience was disappointing. I found out they removed the pastrami melt from the menu but they're still selling that alien tuna fish. For real? And, the representative at the counter was dry. You'd think of trying to spark some interest in your customer to try something new to retain a loyal consumer but noooo. No we don't have that sandwich any more. And continue on with your business. Wow, that nice service. Bye bye...

Came here during lunch time. Only one person working and there was a long line. He didn't care to make our sandwiches, throwing toppings on and not caring what we asked for. Then he proceeds to say it's "only cash, card doesn't work". Why is only one person working during lunch rush on a weekday? There's a line of 6 people backed up. Needs serious fixing...
