Terrible terrible terrible. It all began as we walked In The feet smell hit us but kids were hungry so we decided to give it a try. Service was mediocre , one waiter for every table. Napkins were not given , we had to ask for them. The little soy sauce bowls that are usually given- were not.! All the Sochi we ordered tasted the same. You could not tell them apart although we ordered a variety. The best part is when we have our credit cards to pay, they asked us how much tip we would like to leave. We responded that we will sign our receipts and leave a tip as in every normal restaurant. But this place didn’t have the option on the receipt to leave a tip so they just went ahead and charged my credit card 20% without my consent. Awful experience , will not ever be back. I usually would come here after my daughter's gymnastics class to grab some food but after today,never again. Horrible customer service, soon as I walked in with my daughter a heavy set black woman told me not to touch the table. Another short light skinned woman was very rude SCREAMING at me saying "Your in my space sir", "your in a work area sir", never once saying hello or any form of greeting. Ordered delivery based on reviews and pictures but when arrived everything looked weird and old and everything was a paste not one solid piece of fish in the 5 rolls i ordered plus no utensils whatsoever no chop sticks no soy sauce just some spicy mayo and the wasabi was abnormally dark green as well as the ginger was almost red it was like dark pink still tried some of it but the rice was hard n stale around the rolls and had to throw $75 worth of un edible sushi away.
