I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Taco Bell, and I can't praise it enough. From start to finish, every aspect of my visit exceeded my expectations.

If I could rate it zero stars I would. Avoid this Taco Bell at all costs. Go to the one on Richmond Ave if possible. Came here for the first time last night. Did the drive-thru. While taking our order, everything went well. We get home, and fully half the order was missing. The food we did receive was ice cold, and tasted of nothing but salt. To me, that's an indicator that the food was old. We tried reaching the restaurant to rectify it, and we couldn't get through at all. The phone just rang and rang. No one picked up. We tried a second time, and finally someone answered, but they pretended that they couldn't hear us and then hung up. Tried a third time, and again we couldn't get through. Then we tried calling Taco Bell corporate to see if we could get through that way. The corporate number played a recorded message that said they were closed. What the hell? The customer service is absolutely horrible. The food sucked. What a waste of my time and money. They should just close...

I love Taco Bell.... but this location is just awful. The food is fine but the service is absolutely abhorrent. The workers don't know a thing and are notorious for screwing up orders. Every damn time. It never fails. They forget your items, screw up your customizations, or both. And it's really terrible. They hire these dumb teenage kids that just don't know what they're doing. I will never return to this location.

Oh, and another thing. For the love of God can someone at corporate maybe update your correct address. Your freakin' zip code is wrong in your app. You are not located in 10312, you (Page Ave) are 10309. And also, your Richmond Ave location is messed up as well. That is not...
