Tacos Gambiit — Restaurant in New York

Plenty of variety to choose from and quality and flavor are outstanding. Would love to have their food on a weekly affair. I would typically put in my order and bike there to get it but if weather is bad or I’m too tired, delivery is atrocious for this place. Either the delivery app don’t have anyone or the food truck canceled on me. Once I went to pick up the food at the allotted time and the truck is nowhere to be seen. I have to call Grubhub and the response is the food truck is not opened today. Why then put in order has been accepted and it’s in progress?!! I stumbled on this food truck after a comedy show at the Murmrr on a cold November night. I asked the gentlemen to give me the "best on the menu for a first-timer". He said the birria tacos. 15 minutes later the last of the warm, impossibly flavorful consomé broth dribbled down my chin and mixed with my tears as I held the last bite of a perfectly crafted dish.
