Taqueria la Rosa — Restaurant in New York

The food was good but they did not follow the instructions that were both in English and Spanish. No tomatoes or onions on one item doesn’t mean no toppings on the rest of the food. They took an hour to deliver and we did accept their offer to deliver the toppings but we weren’t going to wait another hour for it to come. So we called them back and told them to leave it. We did get a refund on Grubhub because we shouldn’t pay for something that wasn’t correct and even on the order that I didn’t want onions...

Ordered out and they didn’t even put the rest of the toppings on my food. The food was good but they shouldn’t rush making the food. I think their cake might of been expired, the frosting tasted funny.
