Tex's Chicken & Burgers — Restaurant in New York

I went to this location for lunch today 8/18 and the cashier named DAY S (as on the receipt) was extremely rude! First of all when I walked in I was not greeted. She just walked straight to the register and stared at me expecting me to just order. I said hello to her TWICE before she greeted me back. When I got my food, I noticed as I got to work that the order was WRONG. I wanted a crispy chicken sandwich but got grilled chicken instead. I had to go all the back there ON MY LUNCH BREAK just to correct the order and DAY S and the cook just stared at me the whole time I waited for the correct food. You would have thought it was my error! They are racist and I definitely felt it in the air. When I go to the location by house on CHURCH AVE. I NEVERRRRRR have to go through that type of treatment and uncomfortable, unwanted feeling. That restaurant is not busy for them to be making careless mistakes. DO BETTER AND HIRE PEOPLE WHO...

Coming here as often as I did, theres a vastly noticeable change in the way business is handled at this location. From an exceptional grand opening, with great customer service and overall quality, I can say it has drastically plummeted into what we have today. Theres no sense of urgency to take care of customers, especially in the weekends, with employees hanging out with their friends in the lobby, and only one person behind the counter, equally careless to everything around. The food takes 30-45 mins to receive for just a party of 2, the coca cola doesn’t taste the same as before, and lastly you don’t get thanked or asked to come back again as you should in a franchise as big as Texas chicken. Perhaps management needs to be rotated, and possibly better screening for hiring new staff. Let’s get it right guys, make the Texas brand shine better we need a complete overhaul over here we’re...

The fast food restaurant is located in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn. I ordered food from the Bath Avenue location in Brooklyn. The restaurant is part of a franchise with multiple locations that prepare halal food. The "codfather" is the fish sandwich offering and had good taste. I made this a combo with large french fries and a drink. The beyond burger was well-prepared. Friendly staff. I attempted to place the order on the app to save time. Unfortunately, the app declined my card with no valid reason. After I placed my order in person I alerted the staff at the restaurant. They could not help and did not know anything...
