Subway - Staten Island - 90 — Restaurant in New York

I went into subways this morning and I was definitely disappointed. When I walked in I was standing there waiting for the guy at the counter to take my order. He then took my order and when it came down to pay that when we had a problem. I told him that my online account had a coupon to make my sandwich a meal. He told me that he doesn’t know anything about a coupon after I told him to scan it. Then I told him there was a sign outside saying a half a sandwich with a drink and chips $6.99 and $3 extra to make it a foot long. He then told me that he doesn’t know what I was talking about and just rang me up without the deal that was on the window at the restaurant. Every single time I place an order through DoorDash, they don't ever make my food correctly. Something is always missing! One time I ordered a veggie patty on my sandwich and they added everything BUT the veggie patty. How can you forget when it’s literally the MAIN part of the sandwich?? Never once has my sandwich been made the way I ordered, and I try time and again hoping they’ll get it right this time . They always prove me wrong! Never again will I order from this place. I never received what I ordered. I used the subway app, and when the order was on the way at 7:30PM I opened it to find that it was completely off. I asked for a meatball marinara but got two soggy chicken sandwiches that tasted TERRIBLE. After calling the store over 20x at 7:45PM I had to DRIVE to the store since the website said it was open until 9AM, but it was already closed up. Looks like someone played hooky and I had to deal with the soggy aftermath. I PAID $30 for a disgusting meal that went straight to the garbage. WILL NEVER...
