I had eyelash extensions done by Hazel. Never again! I went in there specifically asking for the length of 16 & 17. She told me she thought that was too long. I said THREE more times I wanted 16 & 17. She even showed me the 16’s. After laying there for an hour and 45 minutes she was finally done and handed me the mirror while saying, “see it’s looks gorgeous”. Although I was very specific she still gave me 10,11,12,14,& a couple 16’s in the corner! In other words I wasted my breath because she did whatever she wanted anyway. When I told her this is not what I added for she said but it looks better. Not to mention I asked for a volume set and got more of a natural cat eye. Ugly! Would’ve had her taken them off if I had time. And they still had the nerve to charge me half price for something I didn’t ask for. I Do not recommend at all! In addition to hazel d ok no whatever she wanted to do they have now replied to my review with lies! Hazel had a pic of a cat eye I had wanted that I agreed upon. What she did and what I wanted were NOTHING alike. Please have hazel post the picture and I’ll post the end result. Yes she did offer to remove the lashes that I did not ask for but that would be the majority of lashes since she only put about 5, 16’s in each corner. I didn’t have another hour and 45 min for her to remove and redo. Also the woman on the phone said $60 I NEVER agreed. I clearly said I’ll give you $50 since I had to waste $10 to park in the lot for nothing. As for me “throwing” the money and walking out. Another definite lie! Not only did I stay to speak to Jan about other services but actually considered going back for them since Jan was so friendly and apologetic for hazel. She also knew I was VERY clear in what I wanted. Instead of rectifying this review with a phone call they instead replied with lies! Wouldn’t go there now if...

Update on my review. I find it very unprofessional that you would make such claims of having insufficient funds on my cc when I explained clearly to Nadia to charge my Apple Pay $255.75 and I would pay the remaining balance in cash. Your employee charged incorrectly at the amount of $167.96 then refunded the money which then having to wait on pending clearance. I even spoke to you on the phone that day and you were made well aware of her mistake!!! As soon as the refund MISTAKE your employee made was cleared I immediately called to complete the payment which then she was over charging me $265.75 until she called and I had to explain that she was over charging the Apple Pay and the remaining balance was $255.75. I will attached screenshots of her mistake of charging my Apple Pay! I also find it very interest you making these claims after trying to offer me 50% off if I were to take this review down. I could be just as nasty and take screenshots of our conversations! But I won’t at this time!!! Very disappointed with the service, results , and how the owner is handling the matter!!! Very unprofessional from staff and owner!!! Oh but before there was no mention of your employees incompetence and this “ Generosity” I really hope people read this and say to themselves, wow this is how the owner handles unsatisfied customers and bad reviews. Super disappointed with my eyelash extensions. I went in with a photo of cat eye and said I did not want them to be over powering and in fact pointed to my gf who was just having hers done and I said, “See her? I do not want that because eI can’t handle that style.” The girl at the front desk told her cat eye as well. I then showed her two more photos and kept saying I only want them long in the corners and shorter going towards the inner part of my eye. Well…..When she was done I looked exactly like my gf abs the lashes were touching my eyebrows that’s how long they were. The girl at the front desk even told her that it wasn’t cat eye and wasn’t what I asked for. They offered to fix them and said it would take 10 minutes. It took 30 min and she ripped my real lashes removing the long extensions. Painful! When she was done I went to the front and she asked me if they were better and I just looked at her. They looked the same as before she ripped some off. I literally had tears in my eyes. I told the girl that I’m sorry I’m being picky but they were nowhere near what I asked for. I was charged $140 FULL PRICE.Not even a discount for the messed up lashes and the fact that I was there for over 2 1/2 hrs. Nothing. Now I have a wedding tomorrow and look like Tammy Faye...
