Tony's Best Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in New York

Garbage experience. I ordered pizza and knots, paid for it (plus a tip) and was told it would take about half an hour to arrive. After waiting over an hour with no news, I called and was told that "well the guy left so he'll be by you soon" by a girl who was talking with an attitute and didn't sound like she cared or even wanted to be at work at all. Over an hr and a half passed since we placed our order and still nothing. We called again and she said "he left a long time ago" so, we asked her to call the driver and see what the story is. She replied "ok bye" and hung up on us. A bit later the driver called and was having trouble finding our place. He finally finds it and gives us luke warm pizza with almost zero cheese and no knots. So now we call back and tell her that we didn't get the garlic knots that we paid for and she said "we sent it". So, we repeated that we didn't receive it and she just said "what do you want me to do"? We answered "we want to get the knots that we paid for"... she kept arguing with us until she just raised her voice saying "ok buy" and hung up on us. We also tried to get in contact with the delivery guy twice to see if he had forgotten the knots in his car - he didn't answer all return our calls. In short - we paid for pizza and knots and got a luke warm pizza with almost zero chese and no knots, waited close to 2hrs, got attitude, and still haven't received the knots that...

I see it already, this is gonna be the dopest spot in staten island this summer!! Amazing drinks, great food, live dj, outdoor patio, AND HOOKAH!!! You'll see me there every day...
